The food was disappointing considering the high prices. The dishes lacked flavor & didn't feel freshly prepared. For what we paid, we expected much better quality & portion sizes. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match the cost. I hope the restaurant improves its food because the pricing suggests a much higher standard.

Mama khan gave the generous portions & high quality of the food. The Chicken Karahi stands out for its rich, indulgent flavor, often noted to be prepared with butter (or makhni style), making it creamy & satisfying. Although dishes such as Biryani are rich in flavor, the spice level may be mild, so it's advisable to request extra spice for those who enjoy a spicier taste.
The must-try Kebabs & enormous, fresh chapati bread perfectly complement the hearty main courses. The service is friendly, Mama gave us a free chai, completing a warm, family-like dining experience.
Absolutely delicious food! We ordered Chicken Karahi, Chapli Kebab, roti, paratha, & gol gappay , everything was bursting with authentic flavors & tasted just like homemade. The Chicken Karahi was rich & perfectly spiced, the Chapli Kebabs were juicy & flavorful, & the fresh rotis & parathas complemented the meal beautifully. The gol gappay were crisp & refreshing, adding the perfect touch to the experience. Overall, it felt like enjoying a hearty, home-cooked meal ,we'll definitely be coming back!
Everything was amazing, from the food to the service. The food was so fresh & tender, such a welcoming hospitality & a nice atmosphere, & the man serving us was very kind & patient with explaining the items to us. They help the community by providing meals to the poor, & more. What more do you want? It's a restaurant to definitely come back to!

Delightful first dinning experience to start our trip. The food was the star here, fresh, flavourful, & unique. The staff were very helpful, passionate, & thoughtful. We sat on the patio & enjoyed this delicious meal!
We were having a walk on St-Denis & looking for some tasty food on a terrace. Passing this place, I found the hight rating. Decided to try. It was not disappointing at all. The lamb was so tender & juicy. Nann was freshly made. The green sauce gives a freshness. We devoured everything & planning to go back to try more soon. BTW, the gentleman served us was so helpful & warm but not overwheling. Very good experience if you do not judge a restaurant by if they have white table cloth.
We visit Montreal once a year from Toronto & hit a hidden gem during our recent trip when we came across Mama Khan. We were pleased to know that the business is run by family members from Peshawar, Pakistan. We only ordered chapli kebobs & chicken karahi but wish we could try more. The food was just amazing. Nothing had the commercial label on it from the looks or taste of food. We enjoyed the naans as much as the actual meal. Raza brought our food fresh & in no time. Service was impeccable. We'll be sure to return at our next trip & will definitely recommend to others.
The food was good & fresh. The waiter is polite & respectful. However, the food is overpriced for what you get. The Thali is not served anymore; the photo of Thali posted by a customer before.
Lovely atmosphere at this authentic peshawari cuisine restaurant, the food was so delicious we had chapli kebab & the flavour was so good it made me so nostalgic & took me back to Pakistan, we also had lamb karahi & chicken biryani & the lamb was so tender & Fresh it was finger licking! The mango lassi was absolutely delicious I honestly think they cut some fresh mangoes & made the lassi!! Absolutely loved the experience & will definitely be coming back for more

Went to Mama Khans Restaurant for the first time & was absolutely pleased with their service & food. We ordered the Chapli Kabobs, Tandoori Briyani, & the Fetoush Salad. Everything was made fresh to order & was delicious. I forgot my charger & was about a 7min walk out from the restaurant when their worker came runing to me to return my item. Overall exceptional service. Will definitely visit again.
Maybe this is more of a dine in restaurant. We got a take out on a particularly snowy day. Food was okay, expected more out of the chicken karahi. Naan didn't seem freshly made. Hope to try it again in a better season & eat at the restaurant.
Not experienced such authentic & fresh food specifically when I'm travelling. The food made me over eaten due the the quality & taste. Highly recommend it.
The food was incredibly fresh & delicious, & the portion sizes were quite generous for the price. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally polite. I'm definitely planning to return for their Chapli kebab!
