Food. Overall good, sadly the seafood pasta was quite poor as well as the calamari appetizer. It's sad that a seafood & fish place would have these two dishes poor. Calamari's was miniature little pieces that were greasy, overly breaded & barely any calamari's. The portion was horrible as well. Tons of other places for the price are not better, but 110% superior. The seafood pasta was also a massive let down & had very limited seafood in the pasta & the portion was also smallish for the price.
Now, the ribs were fantastic but the French fries were a let down. First, very little of them, secondly, they place them under the ribs so you're forced to have rib sauce all over them which we all did not prefer, plus the crispness was no longer as they were saturated with bbq sauce. Should be on the side or separate dish & a larger portion as fries are super low cost.
The other rock star was the lobster rolls. Probably one of the better places to have these in the city & highly recommended. Pricing & portion was on par with the market.
The dessert was yummy & terribly impressive.
Would I go back again. Yes. But I would never eat the above mentioned dishes we didn't enjoy
Loved the food, the ambience & the service we received. Really liked the premium oysters (they were a little expensive though) lobster rolls were too good (be aware that you get 2 of them in a plate & it is cold) 2 was too much for me. seafood pasta was also tasty.
Had the steak frites & maple salmon glazed for my friend - it was good! Wish I've tried the lobster roll but I had it also last weekend. Will definitely come back to try more.

Love their lobster rolls & ribs from their food truck. The New York Steak & prawns was well made & delicious, oysters were wonderful. Their seafood bloody Cesar was amazing.
L'entrée de fish taco , trempette chaude au crabe , huîtres succulente! & le repas princale de bavette tendre & fond dans la bouche avec le surf & turf original de lobster roll avec l'énorme côte levée savoureuse ! C'était une soirée parfaite
Big disappointment with the lobster rolls. We ordered on Uber Eats for $109 & when we received our lobster rolls, there was barely any lobster for the two buns. we had ordered from Lucille's near Centre Bell & knew what to expect in terms of quantity, but the standard wasn't just met here. Moreover, the fries were soaked & humid. Thankfully, the manager was kind enough to answer the phone & offer a refund.
The food was delicious (lobster rolls, grilled octopus & crème brûlée that we shared), the service was great, it was a fantastic New Year's Even dinner.
I had a lobster roll from their tent during the Imagine Monkland festival & it was very good. The prices are a little high, notably for the size, but it is lobster so that tends to be more expensive. I would love to try their other dishes, they seem to be a good place for oysters & other seafood. Hopefully I can pass by soon.
It was the first time for my husband & I, at this restaurant on Monkland ave, & definitely not the last time! A nice warm setting, a very clean restaurant that has a good ventilation.
The food is very good, many working staff members, everyone is polite, smiling & working hard, a real teamwork.
The restaurant was packed, & it was only Tuesday. We sat indoors & many people sat on the outside terrace. We ordered shrimp cocktail & a Greek salad as entrées. 6 huge tender, juicy shrimps, so yummy, & the Greek salad with a big piece of Feta cheese was out of this world, so yummy, the best I have eaten in years.
Then my husband had the grilled lobster with French fries & house salad, & I ordered the 2 lobsters rolls with French fries. The lobster was very good, perfectly grilled, tender juicy, & very well seasoned with garlic, butter, so yummy. My 2 lobster rolls were excellent, & the bread was lightly toasted,, the best rolls ever. We drank beer with the food.
As dessert, we ordered the divine crème brûlée, so creamy, so tasty, a big portion, & also ordered the cheese cake, which was a bit on the dry side.
The service was courteous, fast & our waitress Olivia was very pleasant, hard worker, very attentive & quite helpful about the menu, answering all our questions.
This restaurant has a friendly & welcoming feeling which made our dining experience a very happy one. We will definitely be back to try everything they have on the menu.
I loved our visit to Lucille's. We were a party of 6 & everyone seemed to love their food. Service can be a bit slow, but the waitress we had was friendly & was able to answer any questions we had about the food.
We had the seafood tower, which is really good, but somewhat expensive for you you get. Don't know if I would get it again
I had the fish tacos, which were very tasty, & my wife had the calamari, which also tasted great, but I wish the portion size was a bit bigger.
My friend & I couldn't decide between the lobster rolls & steak, so we ended up ordering both the lobster rolls & the porterhouse for 2. The porterhouse was the best steak I have eaten at any restaurant & the lobster roll was also great.
All in all, it's a very good restaurant, & we'll 100% be going back.
