We sat at the bar like usual & got to meet the new staff & taste the new menu items. Our bartender Dean was absolutely awesome & made the best shots for us to try. The chef Mark was super nice & made the most amazing tuna tacos in a lettuce wrap. It was by far the best appetizer I've had in a while. The new vibe is awesome & my wife & I can't want to go back! I would give 10 stars if I could!
This place is such a good vibe & heavenly gift for the seafood lovers, keeping in mind Montreal is not by the ocean so always accounting for that freshness bit which is why I give it 4 stars. Loved getting affordable oysters (albeit small) they hit the spot & satisfy the craving!!! The Caesar was an absolute DREAM come true. The lobster rolls delivered. I can't wait to go back. We visited with a friend who had a newborn. & the staff were kind & lovely. Highly recommend. Lovely neighborhood
This place is overhyped. At this price point, you have lots of great restaurants in Montreal. The food is not great. I have been there 3 times & have been disappointed the 3 times. Too expensive for the average quality that you get. Service is ok at best. It’s unfortunate because the restaurant decor & vibe is nice & the lobster rolls are amazing. If I do go back I will stick to the lobster rolls.

I heard great things about this restaurant, & decided to come give it a visit during my first visit to Montreal.
We got seated right away, because we had reservations, however we did end up waiting for awhile to get our order taken, but staff were very friendly & welcoming.
We both ordered half a dozen of the premium oysters & their dollar oyster special. Oysters were sweet & tasted amazing!
We also ordered the lobster roll, fish & chips, & for dessert the chocolate mousse.
First time eating a lobster roll, & I was very impressed & pleased with how it came. The bread was buttery & soft, a good portion of lobster & the mayo just tied it all together beautifully.
Fish & chips were decent, but personally I found that there was too much batter, that I got tired of eating half way through one piece. Fries were mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it.
For dessert we had the chocolate mousse which tasted amazing & was the perfect dessert to end the meal.
The atmosphere & vibe is dark & busy, but it was an amazing experience & I would definitely come back for their lobster roll!
Wonderful! The staff were efficient, friendly, & professional. The grilled octopus was delicious, as was the recommended wine pairing. The place was hopping on a Wednesday evening, the people all seemed happy to be there. Great vibe, great meal.

Tuesday, May 30th reservation 7pm: I've been a patron at Lucille's both on Monkland as well as on Catherine in Wsmt (at that time). My parties & I have been very pleased with the service, food & vibe. For the first time, our experience was disastrous & so disappointing! I am fully aware there are no reservations for the patio (as is in many institutions). That being said, we arrived at 6:50pm & asked the hostess (Megan) what the wait time would be for the patio. She said 2 tables were leaving & it would be between 15-30min. She offered to seat us "temporarily" until the tables become available. No problem. We ordered drinks with a lovely server (another Megan). Within approx 25 min. a table became available - we approached Megan (the hostess) who said "it won't be long". To that, another table became available. These were 2 TABLES FOR 2 SIDE BY SIDE. 30 minutes pass when 1 COUPLE arrives & was given 1 of the 2 tables. 5 minutes later, another couple were given the table RIGHT NEXT TO THEM. These 2 couples arrived from outside. NOT from having waited inside. CLEARLY, the couples knew each other bcz they were talking together the entire time. They were clearly given 2 TABLES SIDE BY SIDE FOR 4 PERSONS. Again, we approached Megan who said: "they had reservations & you're next!!!" What!!! We reminded her that there are no reservations for the patio & we were next in line. She didn't answer. I told her that was NOT COOL & asked how much time for the next table to which she replied twice. "I don't know"!!! We ordered food with Megan (our server) so that we wouldn't have to wait too long once we'd get transferred to the patio. At this time, it was 7:40. We asked a male server (name not given) working at the patio section to plz get the manager. Olivia wasn't in. He said he would do his best to help us out. He did! The service with him on the patio was pleasant but we have to say that Megan (the hostess) was COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE, ENTIRELY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY SMURKY, & OUT RIGHT DISMISSIVE WHEN ASKED KNIDLY BY US (twice) WHAT WAS HAPPENING. This put a real damper on our evening which preoccupied our night since we couldn't truly be relaxed at our "temporary table" while waiting for the patio. What a pity! Really!! I'm truly unsure if Megan can hold her job respectfully. Clearly, she lacks experience but more importantly, insight. The food, service & atmosphere otherwise remain excellent.
Waited 25 minutes for a reserved table. Requested in advance a slice of cake for my wife's birthday but got zero. Nothing to let me know if it was possible. Not cool. Bartender had good vibes.
