LOV is widely regarded as a beautiful and stylish destination in Montreal, offering an elegant atmosphere that many guests find perfect for dates, special occasions, or casual gatherings. Visitors consistently praise the creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented plant-based cuisine, with standout items like the carbonara, risotto, arancini, and various mocktails frequently earning high marks. While many patrons highlight the kind, attentive, and professional nature of the staff, experiences with service speed and consistency can be mixed, ranging from efficient and welcoming to occasionally slow or disorganized. Great food, but slow service & some food was left at the serving window until it was slightly cold.

We had a fabulous, creative meal at LOV, especially the beet avocado tartare. Our server was attentive & made some great suggestions about what to try. We appreciated the wide range of vegetarian options with the California Bowl being exceptional (& perfect for those of us with healthy appetites). We look forward to a return!

My husband & I went to LOV on a date night. My husband is a carnivore & I am a vegetarian. He is pretty reluctant to eat vegetarian food, however, he absolutely loved the food here.

We both really enjoyed the atmosphere & the food was divine. My husband got an old fashioned & was really impressed.

We both had the French onion soup as our appetizer. We shared the mozzarella as well as the arancini for our mains. I would recommend all three of these dishes.

I highly recommend this restaurant for vegans, vegetarians, & carnivores alike!

We had the risotto & the raviolis, & had the mushroom toast appetizer. The food was all good, especially the appetizer. Although we thought the mains were a bit bland in terms of flavor. The drinks were really good! As for the atmosphere & the service, it was all 5stars.

Used to be the best tasting vegan pancackes downtown... Very disappointed by the new brunch menu (February 1st, 2025) not only having no vegan sugary option, but having almost no vegan option at all but two, if you take the option without egg. Eventhough the food was very good, I felt I could have gone to any non-vegan brunch & have the same vegan option, of not more... Definitely not coming back until the vegan pancakes are back! Side note: Our waitress was very nice & understanding, thanks to her we still had a good time & didn't leave after looking at the menu

The dining area was too cute. The warm vibe was welcoming & the staff was fantastic. The food was absolutely amazing. I don't know if Montreal is just a high caliber for service & food or if I have been lucky. I normally give 3 star ratings. This place blew my mind with their vegetarian dishes. The Konjac salmon was so good. The beet salad was flavourful. The sweet potato fries was the right balance of sweet & savoury. Highly recommend this restaurant.
