Expérience géniale ! Merci Maria pour la belle soirée & l'excellent service... Nous avons passé une superbe soirée. L'ambiance est un peu bruyante, mais la nourriture est délicieuse... La trempette chaude au crabe & les calmars frits valent le détour ! & que dire des huîtres à 1$ & la morue au Miso ! Tout est délicieux.

Das Surf&Turf hat uns super gefallen, ausgesprochen freundlicher Service, aber leider ist der Laden auch eine Sportsbar mit lauter Musik und Fernsehern überall.
Unterhalten geht nur mit Geschrei, was alle machen….
Etwas weniger Dezibel wäre sehr schön!

Je suis venue ici pour mon dernier jour à Montréal & honnêtement j'en garderai un excellent souvenir. L'ambiance super sympa, le service très rapide malgré un petit quiproquo 🤣 j'étais tellement bien accueilli. La manager est même venue discuter avec toi, tout le monde était aux petits soins. Un grand merci !

This is a great location in the center of Montreal. We originally came to try the lobster roll, but ended up trying the rib steak option which was excellent. The steaks were cooked perfectly & the 28 day dry aging process really added a flavor that not many restaurants can match.

Would definitely come here again.

Service was very mediocre at first. It took 20-30 minutes for our order to be taken, & we were never offered drinks when we sat down. When we finally ordered our food & drinks together, I specifically asked whether the drinks would arrive first & was told,'Of course, they'll be here in a few seconds.' Fifteen minutes later, only half the table had received their drinks. The other half only arrived after we asked & realized the order was never even punched (the server apologized profusely).

There were also several mistakes: an alcoholic drink was served to someone who had specifically ordered a non-alcoholic one, even after we asked to confirm, some orders were incorrect, some food arrived before we even got our drinks & different food items all arrived separately (the first person was served 15 minutes before the last). At that point, I had pretty much decided never to return to this location, especially since their DIX30 branch has always provided impeccable service.

However, after speaking with the manager, Alex, everything completely turned around. He went above & beyond to make sure the rest of our dinner was excellent, personally ensured everyone was taken care of, comped a few items, & brought out an amazing dessert platter for my sister's birthday. His handling of the situation completely changed our experience & genuinely earned the restaurant five stars. He deserves to be manager of that restaurant. I'll definitely be returning!

Food very good, service very attentive & friendly

We came in with 3 people, shared a dozen oysters as a starter & then had steak, grilled salmon, lobster rolls respectively.
The menu is quite diverse but not overwhelming, you should definitely find something you will like.
That goes for food as well as beverages.
The dishes we ordered were all prepared very nice, a clear recommendation there.

The service was extraordinary.
Very attentive, very polite, very friendly.

Accidents happen,
It's the way you handle them, that shows really good service.

We spent a good time here & absolutely appreciate the service.

Pricewise, considering the dishes you can find here, it is obviously a slightly elevated level, but definitely worth it's price.
