Across many visits, Lucille's Avenue des Canadiens is described as a lively, welcoming venue with a standout seafood lineup including oysters and lobster rolls, solid steaks, and a versatile menu that suits pregame dinners, family outings, or casual nights with friends. The service is frequently praised for attentiveness and speed, cocktails are well regarded, and the downtown location makes it convenient before events. While busy nights can be loud and some portions may vary, guests consistently note tasty food, generous servings, and a vibrant, friendly atmosphere.
We booked this quite last minute to watch the Hab's game 7 (from out of town.. had no prior knowledge of this restaurant) & it was a wonderful evening. Really excellent food & service despite it being a very busy night for staff. We didn't feel like they were rushing us out after our meal was finished even though they could have asked us to leave (they technically have a 1.5 hour dining time limit on game nights). We had steaks & calamari & lobster rolls; all very good & lovely staff.
We came for the habs game monday night & Thomas was an absolute gem! He payed so much attention & was super helpful even tho it was crazy busy. he took great care of us. highly recommend!

Well run establishment - great for game nights! Food is good, & the ambience is excellent for sports events. Friendly service & staff with notable mentions to Alexis, Alex B., Madison, Shanie & Sarah.
What a game last night! Pre-drinks are always a good idea at Lucille's, place is bumping, then a delicious ribeye after the game for the W. Great service thanks.
Great food, services, & game time ambiance. We got a table with good view of the game on tv as we mentioned on the reservation comment. Love the tacos, tuna tartare, surf & turf! Though others told me their steak & burgers are a bit plain & dry.

Beyond expectations. Our server Sarah was so kind. We were a group of 5 friends. The restaurant was full before a hockey game. We were in time for the game. The food is amazing & not expensive. I was surprised when invoice came ☺?
Food is pricy but very good, especially the seafood! We also had great service & it was easy to get staff's attention even though we were seated at the bar on the night of a hockey game. Also were very upfront & accommodating of allergy questions & dietary requests.
Bland food…fine server…chaotic atmosphere…really just a factory for hockey fans going to the Habs game!! Right off the start, the host made us want to leave, but our bar/server was excellent & made the chaos less abrasive. The food was tasteless & without joy, yet was served quickly (theme of the place), & the noise level was sky high. Not a place I would visit again…& the mgr/host needs a lesson in empathy!!
Comme toujours service impeccable & super bouffe ! Nous avons visité le resto avant la game pour un bon repas & après pour le digestif ! Le staff est génial ! À la prochaine 🥰

I am ABSOLUTELY appalled at the'woodfire oven chicken'. DO NOT ORDER IT.
We got 6 pieces of chicken NUGGETS for 32 mfin dollars.
I sat here in absolute horror knowing I could have bought 3 bags of this garbage at Walmart, & it comes with 3 dry tortillas & a tablespoon of guac. Not the servers fault, blame whoever'invented' this catastrophe... & here I thought $8 tap water at Medusa was an insult
The cheesy mash has a thick film you can't cut through but under was miam. They replaced it with two subpar cheeseburgers, at triple the price JBC from Wendy's.
Honorable mention: the'house salad' is all aragula & pretty sure drenched in soy sauce. BRUH....
One of my favs (via 2018-westmount rip), until now. Lol
Tourists & first dates & anyone new here is not gonna say anything. Thankfully for you, I'm local & pissed off.
The salmon tartare is super good though. 👍🏼
Don't invite me back. There's enough restos to please my woodfire chicken craving.
Great place with great atmosphere for dinner pre-show or game. Service if professional & friendly. Nice looking place. Lots of nice choices on menu. Salmon entree & lobster rolls were very good. Decent prices. Excellent drink selection. Nice house beer.

We went to Lucille's after the Canadiens game & it was very busy but not overly loud...we had a great time...food was excellent, the waitress was great & the room & atmosphere was cool as well..we will definately return
I have travelled for business for almost 30 years & have eaten at some of the best restaurants across Canada & the US. Tonight before the Montreal Canadiens game i experienced the best service I have ever had from Matt at the bar. So fast! So customer focused! Lucille's is very luck to have Matt!
Fun place to eat out to watch a game or hang out with friends after work. 1$ oysters are good! Food is nothing crazy but not bad either. Service is great!
