Had an amazing evening at Liverpool last night!
Food, service, & atmosphere were fantastic. From the oysters, prawns, clams as an appy. Shared the Burrata salad, & hanger steak for dinner . Hands down a great restaurant with great quality food.

We had a reso at Joe Beef but realized our location was closer to Liverpool. While many comments state that Joe Beef maybe a tourist type of place, which I can't comment on as we did not visit. Liverpool was not & highly recommended.

Our first few nights in Montreal we spent in Old Montreal, while great, Liverpool is by far a better restaurant then the ones we visited there.

Matt is an incredible oyster shucker & bartender. Thank you for a lovely solo dinner & going above & beyond to accommodate my food allergies!

Menu is not large but they have a lot of specials that are off menu they offer when you arrive. I can be a picky eater but the staff was very accommodating & made everything work for me. The drinks were great & came quickly, everything was fresh & flavourful, very much worth trying. Reasonably priced as well & the portion sizes are good!

Food, ambiance, & service was a 10/10!
You must try the lobster pasta & the steak frites. Elliot out server was extremely nice, always checking to see if we liked our food & drinks, & making sure we always had water. I'd come back for the oysters & to try the other cocktails. Highly recommend !

Came here to say during F1 weekend (had a reservation). Food was excellent (especially the hangar steak, lobster spaghetti, & foie gras breakfast sandwich). The atmosphere is lively.

Vraiment mon restaurant go to à Montréal. J'adore le service, la nourriture & l'ambiance. Leur terrasse l'été est superbe & bien aménagée. En famille, en date, en solo avec un livre, c'est le parfait restaurant!

Spent $300, lobster pasta was super mediocre.
Oysters were fresh, fish dish (green colour, cucumbers) was flavorful.
Didn't take any pics but NOT worth $300 for three mains, two drinks.

Overall a lovely experience, the food quality was great & the service really made our experience. Sasha really made our experience, very attentive & knowledgeable, with a passion which elevated our experience.

We visited on a Saturday evening & unfortunately had a truly frustrating experience. Our 10pm reservation got us seated promptly, & the service seemed promising at the start. However, after placing our order we found ourselves still waiting for food at 11:30pm with zero communication from our server about the delay.

A couple of people at our table eventually received their appetizers, but even that took nearly 40 minutes from when we ordered. Every time we tried to follow up, we were told our meals were on their way but yet they never arrived. After an hour & a half of waiting, we cut our losses.

The whole thing was especially disheartening because we had genuinely been looking forward to this dinner & had made a special trip downtown just for the occasion. Had we had any idea the night would go this way, we would have skipped it entirely.
