Located in St-Eustache, in the Lower Laurentians region, L'Impressionist Restaurant offers a lunch and dinner table d'hote menu, business meetings to group receptions. L'Impressionist is in fact a French-inspired cuisine with personalized service, all in a soft and comfortable atmosphere. The Solarium, ideal for conference dinners, is available for groups of 25 or less . Whatever the occasion, our new private dining room can accommodate up to 60 people. A wine cellar of over 1000 carefully chosen bottles. Business meetings, conferences, or special family events such as wedding receptions or banquets, we have all it takes to ensure their success. A charming dining room is available and when the weather permits we can welcome you on our terrace surrounded by flowers. Choosing L'Impressionist Restaurant is also choosing attentive warm staff. Frédéric, our chef, and his team offer first quality products (meat, fish, vegetables) transformed with refinement to easily satisfy both the eyes and palate. We look forward to meeting you!

Ça faisait quelque temps qu'on y était allé. Quelle belle surprise. La cuisine en est à un niveau de haute gastronomie. Tout mais tout était excellent. Les riz de veau en entrée, à couper le souffle. Le magret en principal, incroyable. Les sauces, dignes des grands sauciers mondiaux. Le personnel rend tout plus beau, tellement gentil. On y retourne sans attendre....merci

un régal du début à la fin. Service, ambiance, cuisine - tout est parfait. L'Impressionniste, c'est sans conteste le meilleur resto du coin, à revisiter autant qu'à recommander !

Très bon restaurant, comme il commence à se faire rare aux alentours. Le service est très bon personnel, très gentil & attentionné juste pas mal de bruit quand on est à l'extérieur. Mais le restaurant n'y peut pas grand-chose à part de ça, le repas était très bon, ne ratez surtout pas la tarte tatin à la fin
