The food was excellent, with flavor & prepared with care.
They had good alcohol & non alcohol drinks & at the end they helped with a birthday dessert.
Excellent souper pour l'anniversaire de mon filleul. 30 convives, menu de groupes avec plusieurs choix. Excellent service, nous retournerons sûrement en couplé. Merci pour la belle soirée

L'endroit est simple, joli, élégant, quelque peu romantique...
Le service est affable, courtois & souriant.
Les plats sont bons, mais pas épatants - rien que je ne puisse faire chez moi aussi bien, pour des occasions spéciales.
Les prix sont bons, les choix variés.
Attention - on n'annonce pas en début de repas que le'dessert pour deux' doit être commandé d'avance pour la fin du repas... c'est inscrit au menu seulement - faut être vigilants si on veut essayer la tatin...
Très bonne bouffe, un menu diversifié convenant aux amateurs de bonne cuisine française. Beau décor, belle ambiance avec un fond de musique de jazz… même le plafond est beau ! Service impeccable & rapide, tel que demandé. Le foie gras de canard avec pain brioché & son chutney de pommes est très bon & les ravioles de homard sont délicieux. La soupe à l'oignon est très bonne & les rognons dans une sauce à la Moutarde de Meaux étaient excellents. Alors rien à redire, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !
When reserving we asked for a quiet table which they delivered on. We've been coming here off & on for the last 25 years. The restaurant never fails to deliver a pleasant dining experience. Another pleasant surprise is that they have maintained & updated the decor over the years. If you're looking for fine french cuisine in a nice comfortable, not overly noisy (low ceiling) environment, at a reasonable price, L'impressionist delivers.
Le service au début du repas a été beaucoup trop rapide. Le pain & le pâté ont été placé sur notre table puis subito presto nos assiettes de tartares déposées. J'ai dû signaler à la serveuse qui venait prestement déservir que le service était trop rapide. Avec une bouteille de vin, on ne s'attend pas à un service' fast food'. D'autre part, la 2 ème commande pour un tartare s'est fait désespérément attendre. Nous avons été bien acceuilli, bien conseillé pour le vin & très bien servi la fois récédente. Le rythme d'un repas incite à la détente ou pas. La jeune dame, bien que gentille, a encore de l'expérience à cumuler. Je vous dis quand même : À la prochaine.
