La nourriture est toujours délicieuse ! En plus, ils ont de belles propositions de tables d'hôte. Le gérant Falex & la serveuse Émilie nous ont vraiment bien servi. Elle est venue nous vous à plusieurs reprises & nous a bien recommandé un accord de vin.

Que ce soit pour un diner en compagnie de votre conjointe, un souper d'affaire ou bien pour souligner l'anniversaire d'un proche, je crois sincerement que le Tire-Bouchon est votre meilleure alliée au centropolis! La nourriture y est tout simplement délicieuse, offrant toutes sortes de variétés pour les amateurs de gastronomie. Le service surpasse largement les attentes. Merci encore à Emily qui nous a servi ce soir, ton expertise fut très appréciée.
Je donne la note de 10/10 pour l'expérience avec un +2 points bonus pour le service. Si vous voulez bien manger & avoir un service 5 étoiles, c'est chez Tire-Bouchon
I find that the quality with the food & service has regressed severely over time. The menu is tired & in desperate need of updating. The food at best is mediocre, either over cooked & tasteless or doused in salt to the point you may as well be eating spam from a can.
Plenty of other restaurants at Centropolis that are more vibrant, fresh & fun to go to.

J ai eu mon surprise party
Nous étions 26 alors on avais le salle privée au 2ieme. Excellent service notre serveur était incroyable, très bonne nourriture, excellente carte de vin a très bon prix, très belle découverte.
J'ai enlevé une étoile, car j'ai pris la peine de spécifier lors de la réservation que je venais avec une poussette. On nous a mis dans un coin où il y avait beaucoup de circulation. Donc, la poussette était dans le chemin. Ils auraient pu nous mettre ailleurs. Ce n'était pas réfléchi comme choix de table. À part de ça, c'était bien.

I'm not usually one to write a review but for this experience, I had to.
We were there celebrating my mother's birthday & everything from start to finish was incredible. Our server Emilie was outstanding & a superstar of a server. She remembered every guests name, was very friendly, & made sure to have fun interactions with everyone. She truly made the night feel even more special. From the food to the service, everything was on point.
I will definitely be returning & will request Emilie!

Été pour un souper de St Valentin 2026. Il y avais seulement un menu spécial table d'hôte pour l'occasion. J'ai pris Surf & Turf. Le fait d'avoir une seule table d'hôte à surement fait que tout était parfaits. Légumes accompagnement parfaitements cuit, croquants & assaisonnés subtilement (comme je l'aime). Filet mignon cuit comme je l'ai demandé, médium saignat & très tendre. Crevettes, succulentes & de bonnes grosseurs. Le vin a prix très raisonnable. Ma conjointe a pris la cuisse d'oie & si on était pas au restaurant, elle aurait grugée autour de l'os tellement elle aimait... en conclusion, merci pour le service, ambiance & nous avons passé un très agréable moment 5/5
