Came to Montreal on a bit of a food tour for a few days, & this is one of the BEST restaurants ive ever eaten at! We had appetizers, salad, mains, desserts & drinks. Everything was on point! The Crudos were fresh & packed full of flavour! Pasta beautifully done, Bison was excellent, the desserts were delicate. Our server, Eric, was outstanding! He knew everything about the menu, explained it thoroughly & the service was top notch! These are all the reasons why this restaurant has a Michelin Star! Thank you & Well done!!
My husband & I came here tonight for the second time, glad to see a familiar face as our server. Mia was wonderful as last time, & took care of us through our delightful dining experience. We had coffee, appetizers, wine, meals, & dessert, all to perfection. Attended by very pleasant staff & lovely atmosphere, our second visit here guaranteed us a third in the future.
Our bartender, Vicky, gave us wonderful suggestions for our appetizers & entrees. We had the Foie Gras-it was so good, we ordered another! Dinner was the Buccatini pasta & lobster risotto! Both were fabulous!

Amazing find in Old Montreal area. The mushroom tartlet appetizer is savory, & the buccatini with pork is cooked to perfection. I had the crostada for dessert & that was excellent as well. Definitely recommend to visit. Its tucked away in what looks like it may just be a warehouse. Very modern & cozy inside. Its like a little hideaway. I loved the atmosphere as well.
Went here for a business dinner. Place has a cool vibe although I don't think the AC was working the night we dined. It was a bit humid. We ordered a few apps to share & I ordered the veal as my main dish. I really enjoyed the veal dish as it was prepared in 2 ways & had many components that balanced each other well. The pasta dishes were good but nothing that blew me away. My favourite appetizers were the mushroom tart & the lamb tartare so would recommend those. The crudo was good but found some of the toppings overpowering such as the orange on the branzino. The desserts were very good! Would recommend the lemon ricotta dessert! The play on textures & freshness of the lemon was great. Overall great dining experience but for the price, dunno if it'll be a repeat customer.
I celebrated my birthday with my family at Le Serpent, & I honestly couldn't have picked a better place. The service was warm & attentive, the wine was excellent, & every dish was delicious. The crudo was definitely my favorite appetizer, & the veal as a main was outstanding. Everything was beautifully prepared & full of flavor.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Le Serpent!
Very disapointed.
They forgot an apetizer
They served us our mains 50min after the one appetizer they didn't forget serving us.
Mains were cold & not tasty as usual.
Wow!! I loved this place. The food & service were amazing. We shared a few appetizers, the main course, dessert & wine were delicious. It has a great vibe. I highly recommend!! As an out of town guest I'm glad we had the experience to dine here.
Positives:
Strong & authentic cocktails
The appetizers( grilled octopus & lobster) were nice but main course was bland & just ok.
Negatives:
We waited 25min just to order & another hour to receive our order. It seemed like there was a problem in the kitchen as no table around us received their order. Despite we mentioned, the delay was not acknowledged & there was no apology given.
The worst part was the noise. We were not even able to hear ourselves.
Overall not pleasant experience & I don't recommend this restaurant.
