So I have mixed feelings about this place. The ambience is very nice, great decor, nice views from the windows, wonderful staff as well. Their food? Well it's mediocre at best & surprisingly expensive for the quality. Who thought it was a good idea to serve fries in a bowl, that haven't even been recently fried & probably sitting for half an hour? Fries were so soggy we left most of them - sauce wasn't bad. The platter of grilled meats was so bland. The chicken was whiter than paper & bland like cupboard. Steak cooked ok but boring again. Ribs, the sauce undercooked & weird texture (BBQ sauce needs to be cooked for a few hours to develop color/flavor). We paid 16 dollars for side of veggies - we got 50 cents worth of parsnips, beets & carrots with overpowering & not fitting cloves as a spice (big no). 16 dollars for root vegetables Food all around not worth the price. It's not just about ingredients, your chefs need to learn how to actually cook & develop flavors & make sure they fit the flavor profile of the rest of the meal. Salad lacked dressing & was basically leaves thrown with radishes. Go if you want to go for drinks but don't bother wasting money on the food.
Une très belle découverte. De passage à Bromont en famille (11 personnes). Les cocktails, toutes les entrées, les plats principaux très variées, ont été savoureux & copieux. Le service impeccable & attentionné. Un bijoux de restaurant à Bromont.
Vraiment sur la coche ! Bon service, bouffe excellente. Bien boire également, avec une option terrasse surperbe.
Magnifique soirée ! Excellent service par Jules Les plats servis sont créatifs & excellents! L'ambiance de l'endroit est juste parfaite avec super DJ ( R.A.F.F.O) ou la musique est choisie avec soins & pas trop bruyante nous permettant de s'entendre parler ! Le tout orchestré avec brio par Jean-Benoit qui a l'art de mettre les gens a l'aise ! Merci ! Au plaisir se revoir bientot ! 😉
