My guests really loved it. I wish the customer service experience was better prior to getting to the restaurant, in terms of the reservation & quicker follow-up regarding changes & having to make a deposit, which did not prove to be mandatory. The parking spot communicated on the website was not specified to be payable or not. Overall, I just wish the restaurant was bigger, & felt like the 1$ fee per guest to cut the cake that I brought a little unnecessary, but overall, the service was excellent, & waiter amazing. The portions were too big for some of my guests & some of my guests also unfortunately did not enjoy the food, in spite of it being really good. So I wondered if they may have had some hamburgers or hamburgers made of lentils for instance or lamb meat & fries, even if off menu to accommodate guests who may not end up loving this amazing cuisine. Beware, bring more money than expected. If you choose from the sample menu, you may still end up spending more money than expected. I would suggest bringing at least 100$ per person.

Ma dernière visite remontait à 10 ans & rien n'a changé depuis! Le décor est magnifique, l'ambiance chaleureuse, le personnel souriant, accueillant & professionnel & que dire de la nourriture un pur délice! Je n'attendrai pas un autre 10 ans avant de faire découvrir cet endroit magnifique à mes amis! Une expérience unique à quelques pas du métro Sherbrooke je recommande à tous vivement! 👌😍
Excellent meal, service & atmosphere! We stayed in the hotel above the restaurant for 4 days in the winter. The staff was very friendly & professional, every interaction they'd ask for an opportunity for service. Whether it be making coffee or helping with our bags. Finest hotel experience I've had in at least a decade.
The restaurant was lovely. Our waiter was very knowledgeable & accommodating. We had never had Ethiopian food & he explained the history behind each meal a the traditional way of eating it. The food itself was flavorful & filling. Took a solid nap after eating there.
100% would stay here & eat here again. Thank you very much for such a phenomenal weekend, from bed to table.

First time eating Ethiopian food & it didn't disappoint. Between the wonderful staff & the phenomenal food I will be recommending anyone who is visiting Montreal to absolutely go.

J'ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience ici. Les plats sont savoureux, le service professionnel, & que dire de la déco ! De plus, il est indiqué le niveau d'épice des plats, pour éviter les mauvaises surprises. Je reviendrai :)
Was a great modern cosy, amazing statues around & the wait staff was great. Their tasting menu was a phenomenal experience
