Delicious French fine dining, I enjoyed the Hiramasa sashimi, Duck Confit Cromesquis, Slow Cooked Lamb with Nantes style vegetables, & the Molten Hazelnut & Maple Cake. It was quite the culinary experience I had when tasting these dishes. Service was awesome & the waiter was very attentive.

They were so attentive & kind. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was beautiful & we had a wonderful time there. The food was chef's kiss, everything was so fresh & delicious.
This was a restaurant in a hotel. I never think of good restaurants being in a hotel, but Montreal has a number of exceptional ones, this being one of them. French olfood oriented menu with just the right sized serving portion. Very good wine list with a very attentive sommelier. We had a table that overlooked the street & the restaurant was relatively quiet so that you could easily converse across the table.
We had a lovely evening here. The staff were professional, attentive, & very kind, & the wine pairings were original & well chosen.
That said, the service was a bit slow-our five-course meal lasted over three & a half hours. The food was tasty & well prepared, though portions felt a little small & not particularly inventive.
Overall, it's a great spot, but the value fell just slightly short of expectations, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

This is an exceptional restaurant that few people know about. The food is as good as you will find in Montreal, the service is attentive, well coordinated & the staff cares about your experience at the restaurant. One of the best restaurant in Montreal. A must when you are in Montreal.
Took the tasting menu, hefty price, but everything was perfect. When i mean perfect, i mean there is no word to describes anything better. Classy, staff was attentive & the food was exquisite!
Événement spécial Le Boulevardier X Hexagon. Repas menu fixe avec accord de vin. Excellent menu d'un bout à l'autre - ceviche pétoncles sauce relevée, homard grillé en bisque, cervidé sauce béarnaise, contre-filet sauce XO, moelleux noisettes & érable (avec glace champignons, vraiment extra). L'équipe en salle est bien attentionnée & attentive aux demandes. Sans rien enlever à cet excellent repas, peut-être une suggestion : on pourrait considérer offrir une option sur le 2e ou 3e service pour un plat plus autour de légumes ou légumineuses.
Fantastic ambiance in a beautifully designed space. Attentive & informed servers & management. Excellent food & wine options with culinary flare & a uniquely Québécois take on classic French fare. Highly recommended!

Un service sympathique, attentionné & professionnel comme on n'en trouve plus à Montréal! Un menu exquis, sans faute... Un vrai régal! & le restaurant est cosy & confortable tout en gardant son côté chic, & qui change des endroits bruyants où on ne s'entend pas parler. Une perle de Montréal, pour ces gens, son menu, & son écrin! A friendly, attentive & professional service like you can't find in Montreal anymore! An exquisite menu, without fault... A real treat! & the restaurant is cozy & comfortable while keeping its chic side, which is a really nice change from all the noisy places where you can't hear yourself speak. A Montreal gem, for its people, its menu, & its setting! Just go!
Great food, very reasonable prices! Our server & Sommelier were both absolutely fantastic, they gave us all the advice, knew the menu & were attentive the entire time. They were never intrusive though. Would highly suggest for a nice evening out!

It was my first time at this restaurant. The Cromesquis Canard- duck foie gras was creamy & rich. The filet beef was juicy & cooked to absolute perfection. Dessert which was an extremely tiny (only probably a couple of bites) Champignons-Erable was delicious. Our server was very chatty but not too attentive. I found it a little chilly in the restaurant & the atmosphere didn't have a warm & elegant feel of a high end restaurant. I will definitely return for the exquisite food.
Beautiful restaurant. A hidden gem. From the hostess to the sommelier to the floor manager: Attentive staff, warm & very friendly. As for the food: Outstanding & beautifully presented (oysters on the half shell, mushroom raviolis, sea bass); paired with a sommelier recommended chenin blanc. Will make it round two, next time in Montreal.
Le Boulevardier offers fusion dining experience, exceptional service, & great atmosphere... To those who are able find it on the second floor of the hotel. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly , & the service was attentive. We ordered a rabbit with foie gras & plums, & a risotto. Both dishes were full of flavors & looked wonderful. You can taste the essence of French & Italian cuisine. We couldn't leave without dessert - & both of them were fabulous, with an inventive & artistic mix of flavors & colors. Bravo!
Le boulevardier is a restaurant that shows what it means to be a cut above the rest. The food was incredible, well thought out & presented with a clear idea in mind. The Sommelier, Jordan is a very knowledgeable & kind person who not only informs while he serves, but caters to your tastes while knowing his wine card inside & out. Our Waitress Nicole was very sweet, dedicated & clearly passionate about her work, being able to describe our plates with ease & knew her restaurant well. Jason, another waiter who guided us through our service, was funny, kind & attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there & definitely intend on going back, not only for the fantastic food, but for the kind staff as well
