Première fois que nous sommes déçu pour le tartare chez La Carcasse. Le tartare de saumon n'étais vraiment pas comme d'habitude. On aurais dit qu'il étais passé au malaxeur ou semblait fait trop d'avance & beaucoup trop de mayonnaise aussi. Voir photos….vous comprendrez. Espérons y retourner un jour mais ça nous a vraiment déçu hier soir. Si possible aussi, essayez d'avoir de meilleures verres pour la bière!

On a mangé burger & tartare de thon bavette & accras de morue frites maison savoureuse portions tes généreuses tout était parfait belle terasse & service impeccable!
Attente pour les plats un peu long mais tout est fait au fur & à mesure donc fraîcheur garantie !

Meilleur restaurant du coin, pour un apportez votre vin vous ne trouverez pas de meilleurs qualité ailleurs, ambiance décontractée, chaleureux, nourriture impeccable, j'ai échappé du vin dans mon assiette & il m'on refait un nouveau sans frais, jack es un très bon serveur je recommande fortement ce restaurant

J ai beaucoup aimé se resto le repas était succulent un très bon service mais si tu as la première tablé il te laisse savoir assez directement que la deuxième tablée est arrivé même si tu leur a donné plus de 300$ pour ton repas je trouve ça un peu exagérer pour 3 services
