Bonjour l'équipe de La Carcasse ! Je suis passé récemment avec un ami & nous avons passé un très bon moment chez vous. Je tiens d'abord à souligner la qualité de votre service : l'équipe est accueillante, souriante & vraiment efficace. C'est un excellent point de départ pour une belle soirée. Pour le repas, j'ai opté pour le tartare & mon ami a pris la bavette.
Côté assiette, j'aurais deux petites observations pragmatiques à vous partager pour l'avenir. Premièrement, concernant l'accompagnement : le fait de servir les frites entassées dans un gobelet retient l'humidité, ce qui les a rendues molles. Je suis un grand amateur de frites bien croustillantes & dorées (pas trop foncées), c'est donc un point qui m'a un peu déçu. Deuxièmement, concernant la bavette, nous avons eu l'impression visuelle que la portion dans l'assiette était en deçà du poids annoncé sur la carte, même en étant conscients de la perte normale liée à la cuisson.
Ceci dit, il est important de préciser que ces détails n'ont pas gâché notre repas. On retient surtout l'excellent service, la bonne humeur de l'équipe & la belle ambiance de la place. C'est un restaurant avec un très beau potentiel & je reviendrai avec plaisir pour voir vos prochaines évolutions. Bonne continuation !
