Nourriture très bonne. Cuisson excellente. Bruyant lorsque nous sommes assis à côté de la cuisine. Pas le meilleur endroit pour un tête à tête.

Première fois & ce ne sera pas la dernière. Décoration très jolie, service parfait, nourriture excellente. J'adore le fait que nous pouvons apportez le vin que nous aimons à un prix raisonnable :-). Ça ajoute au côté agréable de l'expérience. Merci encore!

l'attente de 20 minutes entre le repas principal & la commande du dessert, j'étais peut-être moins patiente qu'à l'habitude ;) Les serveurs sont super agréables & très gentils.

Très bonne cuisine, service courtois & rapide. Prix élevé par rapport à la nourriture ( calmars, bavette & filet de steak) , le " apportez votre von" sauve la mise. Bel endroit rustique & convivial mais très bruyant.

Ça fait plusieurs fois que je vais à La Carcasse & le service d'Olivier est extraordinaire. Je ne dis pas que les autres serveurs ne sont pas bons mais j'adore mon expérience client lorsque Olivier nous sert.

Nous avons bien aimé notre soirée chez vous. Notre repas était excellent, le service agréable & l'endroit où nous étions installés convenait parfaitement! C'était moins bruyant ce qui nous a permis d'apprécier davantage!
