Belle decouverte à Sherbrooke, lors de notre passage. Menu végétarien (en grande partie) excellent. Tout est goûteux! On a prit un burger, un nacho & des frites avec leur Mayo aux herbes. Miam! Bon cocktails également. Nous sommes allés sur la terrasse à l'arrière & c'était magnifique. Le restaurant en soi est très beau & accueillant. Bon service, rapide & courtois. Beaucoup de place, autant intérieure, qu'extérieure. À visiter 😀
The food was way too expensive for the portion & quality of the meals. You could get these same meals at a fast food restaurant for a fraction of the cost.
The meals looked lazily prepared & lacked flavour. For example, the vegan nachos was just salad dressing poured on top of nacho chips with some lettuce leaves thrown on top.
The vegan poutine was disgusting. The fries were old & soggy. Their vegan cheese was greasy. It did not resemble a poutine in any way!
Lastly, I found the employees to be quite rude & sarcastic. For instance, I ordered online & scheduled the order to arrive at 2:30 p.m. Around 3:12 p.m, I phoned the restaurant to inquire where my order was. I was rudely informed that the driver had just then arrived to pick up the order from the restaurant!! I politely asked for estimated time of arrival & was met with a sarcastic reply.
However, the driver was very nice. Unfortunately, the restaurant would not allow us to tip the driver, which we found to be a shame.
Not worth the price they are charging. Horrible customer service.
We were on a ski vacation in Orford & found La Buvette when doing a google search for restaurants with vegan options. The experience was great from begging to end. Our server was so kind & helpful. The food was delicious! Vegan Hamburger nachos were a huge hit with the kids. My husband & I loved the classic vegan poutine & vegan Caesar.

Je dois avouer qu'il s'agit d'un bar avant tout alors ma note concernant la cuisine... est vraiment pour les plats servis! Nous avons donc opté pour un nachos (qui malheureusement était pas mal sec) & des cornichons frits (très salés) pour accompagner nos'Excellentes' bières! Service courtois & souriant & l'ambiance était pas mal... (le niveau de bruit à l'intérieur étant passablement élevé.... donc plus difficile de pouvoir discuter sans crier)... mais pour le reste, il s'agit d'un bon PUB!
J'adore la Buvette !! Ambiance magnifique, terrasse exceptionnelle. Je suis une grande fan de leur nachos style Cheese burger. Magnifique choix d'alcool.
Service beaucoup trop lent... 45 min avant d'avoir nos breuvages commandés. Poké bowl avec patates douces froides! Nachos était bons, mais celui que la serveuse nous a proposé n'était finalement pas disponible! Des enfants qui courent partout ont aussi gâché l'ambiance décontractée. Dommage, car il y a beaucoup de potentiel avec la belle terrasse. Qui serait à nettoyer & sabler en passant !
Quelle belle découverte! Nous nous sommes régalé des ailes de choux-fleur, croustillantes & tendres: un délice! Suivies d'une poutine sauce à la bière dont le fromage vegan (en extra) était la vedette, puis des nachos cheezeburger au fromage en quantité homéopatique;) Churros chauds, croquant & délectables! Le tout arrosé d'une bonne bière Facatoune :) Les ingredients magiques: le service courtois de Nass, & la compagnie joviale & agréable de bon amis avec qui partager les plats!
Un menu avec plus de légumes & de fraîcheur serait apprécié, mais les plats que nous avons commandés sont tous délicieux, en particulier les nachos "cheeseburger".
Excellent service, bons cocktails! Repas de style casse-croûte (poutine, nachos, cheeseburgers,...). Tous les repas sont végétariens & 2 options végétaliennes.
