The food was way too expensive for the portion & quality of the meals. You could get these same meals at a fast food restaurant for a fraction of the cost.

The meals looked lazily prepared & lacked flavour. For example, the vegan nachos was just salad dressing poured on top of nacho chips with some lettuce leaves thrown on top.

The vegan poutine was disgusting. The fries were old & soggy. Their vegan cheese was greasy. It did not resemble a poutine in any way!

Lastly, I found the employees to be quite rude & sarcastic. For instance, I ordered online & scheduled the order to arrive at 2:30 p.m. Around 3:12 p.m, I phoned the restaurant to inquire where my order was. I was rudely informed that the driver had just then arrived to pick up the order from the restaurant!! I politely asked for estimated time of arrival & was met with a sarcastic reply.

However, the driver was very nice. Unfortunately, the restaurant would not allow us to tip the driver, which we found to be a shame.

Not worth the price they are charging. Horrible customer service.

The best part about this place is the outdoor seating & the nice server. But the food really leaves something to be desired, & the service - although gracious- was among the slowest we have experienced.

Nous sommes allés pour souper à cette endroit & lorsque le serveur nous place à une table nous attendons 20min facile & toujours aucun serveurs même pas un verre d'eau où venir nous avertir que ça va être plus long aucun contact avec nous nous avons décidé de quitter l'endroit après 20-25 min d'attente le service ou la communication etait très mauvaise

Very disappointed - I think this will have been my last visit (June 29th 2026). I usually always recommend this place but prices have gone up tremendously & the portions & quality of the food has gone down, which I just don't find fair.
Service & ambiance is good.
