J'ai vécu une première expérience au restaurant La Baboche & j'ai été agréablement surpris de cette découverte à Saint-Hyacinthe. Le décor est simple, mais très agréable & la nourriture est excellente. J'y étais avec des clients pour un repas d'affaires & on a apprécié le service reçu. Une chose importante, l'endroit semblait très bien entretenu & propre! Je le recommande sans problème, surtout qu'il s'agit d'un restaurant unique & local.
