Superbe expérience !! De la nourriture aux services en passant par la dégustation de Sake, tout était parfait. Ambiance parfaite pour une soirée romantique si vous y allez plus tard lorsqu'il y a moins de monde. Notre serveur Jess était incroyable, autant pour l'explication des plats & des Sake que pour son enthousiasme. Un de mes nouveau restaurant préféré !!
Outstanding from start to finish! The person taking my reservation was very friendly, & clear about seating options & allergy options. When we walked in, she let me know that she was the one I was speaking with, & made me feel like I was an important customer. The ambiance was even better than I was hoping for. It was warm, vibrant, & beautiful. Very esthetic. Our server was attentive, & brought me the drink I asked for in such a beautiful way (hard to describe). He took note of my many allergies (gluten/shrimp), & sensitivities (soy/sesame), & he & the chefs created a special meal for me. He took these needs seriously. My meal was not only beautifully plated & delicious, but I was totally fine afterward (no reactions) - a miracle in my world. So this is my new favourite place, for sure. So grateful for the care that everyone took to make our evening so relaxing & wonderful. Even those who were not our servers were pleasant & attentive. It felt like the whole staff was working together as a strong well-oiled machine.

My husband & I had an amazing time at Kyo Bar Japonais, we've already been twice! The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully plated & packed with authentic flavors. Every dish was expertly prepared & absolutely delicious. It's definitely a must-visit spot whenever we're in Montreal!
Have been going to KYO for years...today's lunch hit an all time low..my companions tuna poke was flavourless & was left half eaten...my beef bento box was not fresh..the tempura shrimp & veg soggy...very sad to see this ...it was once one of the best..

Really great experience the waitress Meaghan was so nice! Been here before but was really disappointed when we ordered the yuzu donuts. They were so small & not as big as before so very dense & not fluffy. It was one of the best desserts & now it's just bad. Everything else was amazing! Especially the tataki marguro!
Excellent quality food. Definitely on the higher side of the price range, but worth it. We indulged in warm dishes, sushi, cocktails, sake & tea. All of which very very good.
One of the best experiences I've had in Montreal. Some of the best food I've ever had. Its a must, especially for people who like Japanese food. The cost was also much lower then I thought it would be considering the quality. (Would also be amazing for a date night)
Toujours une superbe expérience. La nourriture est super bonne, les poissons sont frais, & la présentation est magnifique. Super service. Ça vaut 100% le prix.
