Service inacceptable. On s'est fait chicaner simplement parce qu'on a demandé à changer de table.
Les tables étaient extrêmement collées, au point où la table voisine était pratiquement sur nous. On a demandé poliment s'il était possible de s'asseoir un peu plus loin pour être moins coincés, & on s'est fait répondre de façon agressive, comme si on faisait quelque chose de mal. Honnêtement, c'est la première fois qu'on se fait carrément parler de cette manière dans un restaurant.
Ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus désagréable, c'est que la table à côté, qui semblait clairement être des habitués ou des proches du patron, recevait un traitement beaucoup plus chaleureux. Le contraste était frappant.
La nourriture n'a rien rattrapé non plus. Un vrai plat en casserole devrait arriver bouillant, directement cuit & servi dans sa casserole. Ici, on avait plutôt l'impression que le plat avait été préparé ailleurs puis déposé dedans après coup. Ce n'était ni authentique, ni satisfaisant.
Se faire engueuler dans un restaurant, être serrés comme des sardines, puis recevoir une nourriture loin d'être à la hauteur, c'est inacceptable. Je ne reviendrai pas.

We had a gathering dinner at Keung Kee, the seafood was fresh, tasted great, & the portions were generous. If you're looking for authentic Cantonese cuisine, this is a great choice.
This place is really good. The food comes out fast & fresh. Same decor & staff from the 90s. Its nice to have hidden non pretentious gems like this in montreal.
The food is great, but the people who owns it are the same people as the restaurant down stairs which means they are RUDE specifically the younger lady with the glasses by the drinks station. We only go there for the food, not the rudeness.
Excellent restaurant cantonais au coeur du Chinatown ! Service rapide, efficace & toujours courtois, même quand il y a beaucoup de monde. Les plats arrivent chauds, bien présentés & pleins de saveurs authentiques. Les portions sont généreuses & le rapport qualité-prix est très bon. Mention spéciale pour le cantonais chowmein. Les portions sont généreuses, les prix raisonnables, & l'ambiance animée ajoute au charme du lieu. Que ce soit pour un repas express ou un souper décontracté entre amis, c'est une valeur sûre que je recommande sans hésiter.

First & last time. The place looks really dirty & the service is really bad. The lady didn't understand what we wanted so she brought us a extra plate that we didn't order. The food looks old not fresh ... we were wondering what we were doing there... food looks fake ... we had to throw almost all the food! Ewww don't recommend at all
