VERY disappointing experience. DO NOT recommend.
My friends & I visited Kenza Lounge on Friday January 9 & the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived... The bouncer's attitude was genuinely unacceptable, rude, dismissive, & acting as if he owned the place. Even once inside, the receptionist did not acknowledge us at all. She did not ask if we had a reservation, did not greet us, & literally ignored us for about five minutes while standing right in front of us, then walked away to do something else without saying a word. We were not even brought to our table by staff.. we had to ask a friend who was already inside to guide us to our table!!! This is completely unprofessional & set an even worse tone from the beginning.
Inside, the music was so loud that even the waitress could not hear us. I understand it is a lounge, but staff still need to be able to communicate with their clients!! Turning the volume down slightly would not ruin the vibe & it would make the service actually workable & more enjoyable!
The state of the bathrooms was another major issue. When we arrived, both toilets were clogged & overflowing with water, urine, & toilet paper. It was extremely unhygienic & honestly disgusting!! An employee was notified immediately yet it still took more than half an hour for anything to get done.
Overall, this was a very poor & underwhelming visit for a place that actually looks nice inside. The attitude of the bouncer, the receptionist ignoring us, the unbearable music volume, & the poorly maintained bathrooms completely ruined the night. I will not be coming back & I do not recommend this place to anyone expecting DECENT service or basic cleanliness… please do better.

Asked the same question three times by three different people, seated at the wrong table, & I left within 3 minutes. Power-tripping staff & total incompetence. Fake-upscale, low-class place.

1 - Waitress took her time to come & attend.
2 - Only 4 Sheesha flavors which is pretty bad for a sheesha bar.
3 - Sheesha came & wasn't lit properly meaning inhad to wait 5/7 mins formfkavor to warm up so I could start smoking.
4 - For a $35 sheesha, its a rip off. Not worth it unless you have to have to have it.
The outflow valve was blocked in my sheesha, asked for help but ended up fixing it myself.
5 - Leeche/Mango drink is awesome.

This is a very Good restaurant Lounge. You can organize your birthday here & diner with friends & family. The service is top notch.

On s'est fait dire qu'on peut se presenter sans reservation… j'arrive 20 minutes plus tard, & à la porte le sécurité me dit qu'il faut une reservation 😂 Aucune comprehension de sa part, meme pas moyen de rentrer de rentrer parler à l'hôte.

Je vais souvent la bas. Si vous passez & que votre serveuse est Mélanie vous serai pas déçu. L'équipe est toujours l'écoute de votre demande & le patron aussi très aimable !!! Parfait pour vos soiree

I had really memorable & joyful expérience at kenza. I was served by Megane & Camilia, & the wonderful bartender Amy was also so lovely. I would definitely come again, & also the food is amazing.

Bonjour, On es parti hier soir pour un souper, puis la table était prête, a peine on est assise, la serveuse venait nous dire faut commander pour manger, elle nous a mit beaucoup de pression , puis on a commandé 3 plats différents, la bouffe était bonne mais la serveuse toujours reviens pour des questions c'est ça que j'ai pas aimé a la fin on a payé, la serveuse voulait un pourboire de 40$ quand même elle a abusé, puis je lui dit c'est a moi de choisir combien je vous donne ce n'est pas toi de décider , puisque ton service était pas assez, bref je suis déjà parti l'année passée c'était magnifique , mais cette fois je suis déçu de ce restaurant.

Bonjour ,On est venu hier à trois personnes. La nourriture était bonne, parfaite pour un souper. Par contre, une des serveuses nous a mis beaucoup de pression pour commander. Elle est venue trois fois à notre table alors que ça faisait même pas cinq minutes qu'on venait d'arriver. Je trouve que c'était un peu trop & même gênant! c'est à moi de dire quand je suis prête à commander !
