Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avions une réservation, mais une fois sur place, on nous a tout simplement refusé l'entrée sans explication valable.
Quand nous avons demandé à parler à quelqu'un de responsable, l'agent de sécurité nous a dit qu'il n'y avait personne. Quelques minutes plus tard, il affirme finalement que tout le monde est là : le propriétaire, le gérant, etc.
Malgré ça, personne n'a accepté de venir nous parler. Aucun respect pour les clients, aucune considération, aucune communication.
Organisation zéro, respect zéro. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

VERY disappointing experience. DO NOT recommend.
My friends & I visited Kenza Lounge on Friday January 9 & the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived... The bouncer's attitude was genuinely unacceptable, rude, dismissive, & acting as if he owned the place. Even once inside, the receptionist did not acknowledge us at all. She did not ask if we had a reservation, did not greet us, & literally ignored us for about five minutes while standing right in front of us, then walked away to do something else without saying a word. We were not even brought to our table by staff.. we had to ask a friend who was already inside to guide us to our table!!! This is completely unprofessional & set an even worse tone from the beginning.
Inside, the music was so loud that even the waitress could not hear us. I understand it is a lounge, but staff still need to be able to communicate with their clients!! Turning the volume down slightly would not ruin the vibe & it would make the service actually workable & more enjoyable!
The state of the bathrooms was another major issue. When we arrived, both toilets were clogged & overflowing with water, urine, & toilet paper. It was extremely unhygienic & honestly disgusting!! An employee was notified immediately yet it still took more than half an hour for anything to get done.
Overall, this was a very poor & underwhelming visit for a place that actually looks nice inside. The attitude of the bouncer, the receptionist ignoring us, the unbearable music volume, & the poorly maintained bathrooms completely ruined the night. I will not be coming back & I do not recommend this place to anyone expecting DECENT service or basic cleanliness… please do better.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au Kenza. L'ambiance était chaleureuse & l'endroit vraiment agréable. Nous avons eu la chance d'être servies par Nicole, qui s'est montrée d'une grande gentillesse & d'un professionnalisme irréprochable. Elle nous a fait d'excellentes recommandations, tant pour les plats que pour les boissons, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable.

Dj Max nous a fait vivre une ambiance inédite à Montreal. Je recommande vivement ! Sachez juste que c'est un lounge class, préparez-vous en conséquence.

Nice lounge, but service superrr slow! The music was good tho, but loud, almost like a club on a Thursday night!! I recommend for the shisha too flavors are good

Merci à ma serveuse Layla pour le service incroyable hier. Chicha & nourriture était super avec de bonnes recommandations de notre serveuse. Merci pour la belle soirée, nous y retournerons c'est certain.

The food was great & our server Layla was so attentive & friendly & helped us with the menu! The Hookah (shisha) was on point! As a middle eastern, I highly recommend having the hummus, a must try.. Thank me later!

J'étais départagée sur y aller ou non. J'y ai été pour la première fois, il y a une semaine. Je suis surprise des commentaires, car j'ai passé un bon moment. La nourriture était bien, les boissons également. Les prix sont représentatifs de l'emplacement & le genre d'endroit. Le décor est MAGNIFIQUE. & props au Dj , il a bien mixé & à grandement contribué au bon déroulement de la soirée. Le staffe cette soirée-la n'était pas snobe ou autre. Je recommanderais personnellement.

Kenza Night Club is an absolute gem! The vibe is electric, with a fantastic mix of Afro & French music that keeps the energy high all night. The service is top-notch; the staff is incredibly polite & attentive, making sure everyone has a great time. If you're looking for a fun night out with excellent music & exceptional service, Kenza is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I recently visited kenza & I was blown away by the fantastic service provided by Lea, one of the bartenders. She was not only friendly & welcoming but also incredibly skilled at her craft. Lea's drink recommendations were spot on, & she made sure everyone had a great time. Her positive energy & professionalism truly made the night special. I highly recommend visiting kenza & experiencing Lea's exceptional bartending!

Amazing atmosphere. The place is very beautiful. The music was entertaining with a wide variety of songs coming from the DJ. The drinks & the food are great. Would totally recommend whether it be for a date or just a casual night between friends.

Had a great time here. The place is really great & the service is superb. We came to Kenza for the first time. The bouncer was able to get us two seats even though we didn't have reservations. The place is very well maintained & all the staff are very friendly. The shesha was great & our servers checked up on us frequently & made some very good recommendations. I would definitely recommend this to people who are visiting Montreal & looking for a place to just chill & relax.
