Tried to scam us, do not recommend. We were a group of 5 young girls enjoying their night when a guy saying he is the owner started talking to us. He then brought a bottle of champagne & many shots to our table. When it was time to pay we split the bill & each realized something was wrong, the bill was wayyyyy higher than expected & the waitress did not bring the receipt first for us to see what we would be paying for. We then asked her to bring the receipt & she brought a printed receipt with only the amount we payed for, not each item & their price. We asked a third time to see the receipt with each items & their price & when it was brought to us, we realized they charged us almost 100$ extra. It took us almost an hour for us to give us our money back & they admitted to trying to scam us. Unprofessional & ugly attitude.

We chose Kenza Lounge for our anniversary dinner & unfortunately left extremely disappointed with the experience.

We had made a reservation in advance & ordered the truffle fries, goat cheese kebbe, & mushroom tagliatelle. The tagliatelle arrived cold, so we informed our server. She took it back to have it reheated, but when it returned, it tasted unpleasant to us & we could not eat it. The plate remained essentially untouched while we finished the other dishes.

When the server later asked whether we wanted to take the tagliatelle home, I explained that we had not eaten it because it did not taste right. She said she would inform the chef, but no one came back to address the issue or offer any resolution.

When the bill arrived, the full price of the untouched tagliatelle was still included. We did not argue about it & paid the bill in full. Given the experience, however, we chose not to leave a tip.

What happened next was the most disappointing part of the evening. Our server approached us & requested that we leave at least a 15% tip. I asked whether the tip was mandatory. She acknowledged that it was not, but continued to insist that we had to leave one. I explained that we had already paid in full for a dish we could not eat, despite bringing the problem to her attention, & therefore did not feel a tip was appropriate. Her response was that the issue with the food was'not her problem.'

At that point, we asked to speak with the manager. We were told that we should have escalated the issue earlier. We explained that we had already informed our server twice-first when the pasta arrived cold & again when we explained why the reheated dish remained untouched. We were ultimately told that nothing could be done.

For a restaurant positioned as a higher-end dining experience, I expected much better handling of a legitimate concern. A disappointing dish can happen anywhere; what made this experience unacceptable to us was how the situation was handled afterward, particularly being pressured for a tip after we had already paid in full for food we did not eat.

We specifically chose this restaurant for our anniversary dinner, which made the experience even more disappointing. Based on our experience that evening, I would not return.

Very cozy & warm interior. We went on a Monday so it was not incredibly busy but there were still a few crowds.

Staff is really friendly, welcoming & were happy to accommodate us when one of the guests didn't enjoy the food much.

The food itself is unique. I had the truffle burger & it was delicious. The fries were run of the mill.

The highlight was deservingly the hookah. Even if there were only three flavours, I still enjoyed it & it didn't break the bank when splitting the bill in 6 equal parts.

Kenza belle place belle ambiance la nourriture est A1 & le service est rapide j'ai été pour un anniversaire un 45e pour environ 20 personnes on a tous aimé on va revenir car l'accueil est chaleureux & courtois merci au staff & le dj est vraiment bon 👊🏾🫶🏾🤏🏾je recommande à 110%

Can't really comment on the food or service, but you need a RESERVATION. No one mentioned this in their reviews. Also, it's difficult to make said RESERVATION. Good Luck

Toilettes : 0/10 - Les toilettes étaient vraiment dégoûtantes & très mal entretenues. Ça donnait une très mauvaise impression.
Nourriture : 2/10 - La qualité était très en dessous de mes attentes.
Prix : 0/10 - Beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est offert.

La nourriture est exécrable & tellement chère… tous des repas congelé clairement. L'ambiance compense un peu pour ce désastre alimentaire, mais la musique est tellement forte on doit se crier après pour s'entendre.
