1 - Waitress took her time to come & attend.
2 - Only 4 Sheesha flavors which is pretty bad for a sheesha bar.
3 - Sheesha came & wasn't lit properly meaning inhad to wait 5/7 mins formfkavor to warm up so I could start smoking.
4 - For a $35 sheesha, its a rip off. Not worth it unless you have to have to have it.
The outflow valve was blocked in my sheesha, asked for help but ended up fixing it myself.
5 - Leeche/Mango drink is awesome.

Food was really good, dj was awesome loved the music he was playing! shisha had no taste we ordered lady killer. Service was horrible we kept looking for our waitress, i waited minimum 25 minutes for a drink so we paid our bill & left. Too bad cuz the place is beautiful & super nice vibe. Maybe next time we come we'll have better service!
Booked a private room at this hookah place, planning to puff on a cigar or a shisha with friends & have a good conversation. Unfortunately, the place was bustling, & the room was dark. They had a live DJ playing music at a very high volume, so loud that the waitress was unable to hear us & mistook our orders several times. Due to the mix-ups, we didn't order any food, yet the drinks & cigar were a bit costly.
Can't speak to the food but the vibe & atmosphere were chill & welcoming. Went on a Sunday night to relax before our flight the next day. Wait staff were attentive & let us know in addition to the cocktail menu the bar can make off menu drinks. The drink prices were really reasonable. The only con was doormen/bouncers could spend a little less time hanging out with each other & a little more time checking ID's & opening the door especially considering how not busy it was.
Celebrated my birthday at Kenza. I made my reservation two weeks ahead, & they told me there is a minimum requirement fee that everyone pays at least 100$ on the weekend. We were 14 people. This includes food, shisha, & drinks/bottles. I said no problem we will be doing all of that. I asked if possible to have a private room, they said no because we cant eat there, thats only for shisha & drinks. Again, i stated we will be doing all of that & they said that is fine & we can do it at our table. The day of my reservation, an hour before, they call me to tell me we cannot shisha where we will be seated during dinner & that they will bring us to another room because of a new rule. I had four tables reserved. Only gave us 2 food menus & 2 cocktail menus. A few people were going out to smoke, the employees cleared that table without making sure with us if we were done. The individuals that stepped out came back to all their drinks, food cleared off. When it came to shisha they stated they did not have room for my group, & if 14 people go to the area thats one shisha per person, therefore 14 shishas. When it was time for the bill we asked for separate bills, they stated they cannot give us separate bills & can only split the bill 3 ways. We made our way to the shisha room, only 6 people went. The rest of the party left. Later in the night the waitress comes to us & stated she forgot to add another table to our bill (the table they rushed to clear). Every time we had a question no one knew the answer & they would go bring a different person who would tell us something else. Overall, wasn't the best experience, really was hoping it to be different. Luckily, my friends & family are the ones that made sure I still had a good time.

I recently visited kenza & I was blown away by the fantastic service provided by Lea, one of the bartenders. She was not only friendly & welcoming but also incredibly skilled at her craft. Lea's drink recommendations were spot on, & she made sure everyone had a great time. Her positive energy & professionalism truly made the night special. I highly recommend visiting kenza & experiencing Lea's exceptional bartending!
Amazing atmosphere. The place is very beautiful. The music was entertaining with a wide variety of songs coming from the DJ. The drinks & the food are great. Would totally recommend whether it be for a date or just a casual night between friends.
Fancy shisha place. People dress shfanncyyy. Young crowd, don't bring your parents there. 😅 Never tried their food but I heard it's good (syrian chef). The place is very stylish & the ambiance is 🔥. There's a live dj playing hiphop music. They make very good drinks & have bottle service! My only issue is the staff's attitude at the door & coat-check.
I went on a Saturday night. It was busy. It's a rather confortable place & the Shisha was great as well. The service was ok. The food was not too good. Their drinks.were goodWhen paying, I was tipping more than 15% but the waitress told me I have to tip at least 15% which I found really odd.
