Service horrible nourriture a peine comestible plus the rudest bouncer or whatever person thats at the front of the door. I nicely asked him to move from the way so i can get out & since it was lightly raning he literally did not move & said no…absolutely the worst chicha ever rude !

I was forced to file a police report today following an unacceptable & disturbing incident involving a security guard. My friend & I were standing under the doorway of the restaurant to briefly shelter from the rain while waiting for another friend to retrieve her umbrella from a nearby business. I had already explained that we intended to enter the restaurant & were only waiting for our friend.
Despite this, the security guard aggressively approached me, grabbed my arm, & slapped me in the face. The impact caused my glasses to fall to the ground, leaving them scratched. I was not acting aggressively, causing a disturbance, or refusing to leave.
In fact, I wanted to leave the situation, but I was unable to do so because the security guard continued holding onto my arm. It took my friend intervening, another friend physically helping to pull me away, & two other security guards from nearby establishments telling him that his behavior was inappropriate before he finally released me.
I found the security guard's actions completely inappropriate, unnecessary, & unacceptable. At no point did the situation justify physical force. Being grabbed, prevented from leaving, & struck in the face while simply seeking shelter from the rain was both frightening & humiliating. Due to the seriousness of the incident, I felt it was necessary to file a police report & document what occurred.
J'ai été contrainte de déposer un rapport de police aujourd'hui à la suite d'un incident inacceptable & troublant impliquant un agent de sécurité. Une amie & moi nous trouvions sous l'entrée du restaurant afin de nous abriter brièvement de la pluie pendant que notre autre amie allait chercher son parapluie dans un commerce voisin. J'avais déjà expliqué que nous avions l'intention d'entrer dans le restaurant & que nous attendions simplement le retour de notre amie.
Malgré cela, l'agent de sécurité s'est approché de façon agressive, m'a saisie par le bras & m'a giflée au visage. Sous l'effet du coup, mes lunettes sont tombées au sol & ont été égratignées. Je n'étais pas agressive, je ne causais aucun désordre & je ne refusais pas de quitter les lieux.
En réalité, je souhaitais partir, mais j'en étais incapable puisque l'agent de sécurité continuait de me retenir par le bras. Il a fallu l'intervention de mon amie, l'aide d'une autre amie qui a dû me dégager physiquement de son emprise, ainsi que l'intervention de deux autres agents de sécurité provenant d'établissements voisins, qui lui ont indiqué que son comportement était inacceptable, pour qu'il me relâche finalement.
Je considère les gestes de cet agent de sécurité comme totalement inappropriés, injustifiés & inacceptables. À aucun moment la situation ne justifiait l'usage de la force physique. Être saisie, empêchée de partir & frappée au visage alors que je cherchais simplement à m'abriter de la pluie a été une expérience à la fois humiliante & bouleversante. Compte tenu de la gravité de l'incident, j'ai jugé nécessaire de déposer un rapport de police afin que les faits soient officiellement consignés.
Franchement, c'est la première fois qu'on vit une expérience aussi horrible ici alors qu'on vient souvent. 1h30 d'attente pour la nourriture pour au final recevoir des plats froids & carrément immangeables. On n'a même pas pu manger tellement c'était mauvais. La serveuse avait une attitude irrespectueuse & nous parlait mal comme si on dérangeait. & après avoir enfin reçu les plats, on a attendu presque 30 minutes juste pour avoir des ustensiles pendant que la nourriture refroidissait encore plus devant nous. Service désorganisé, aucun professionnalisme & zéro respect pour les clients. Très grosse déception, surtout venant d'un endroit où on allait régulièrement
« Très déçue de mon expérience. J'avais oublié ma pièce d'identité au restaurant & on m'avait demandé de revenir le lendemain pour la récupérer. Je suis donc revenue vers 23h/minuit, mais une fois sur place, on m'a dit qu'ils étaient occupés & que je devais revenir à 3h du matin. Franchement, cela n'était pas raisonnable, surtout que j'avais un vol à prendre. À cause de cette situation & du manque d'organisation, je n'ai pas pu récupérer ma pièce d'identité à temps. »
Started going to Kenza when they first opened a few years back. The music is always so good, great ambiance. The service can be slow at times but nothing too alarming. The workers are very kind & patient. Great place for a girls night, their cocktail menu has a great variety.
