Really nice place! The lady at the front always welcomes you with a big smile haha. I usually go on weekdays or a day before the weekend since it gets too crowded. Service depends on who's working, but overall it's great - & the shisha is on point
This place is just amazing. You feel like home in paradise. Thank you to Camelia to male my journey better & my shisha experience amazing. Love you Cam amd the whole staff. Keep doing your great jobs!
Omg on a ete serivie par une serveuse au nom de Camelia, she's wonderful, the service was amazing, she chek up on us all night. Her smile is just incredible. I like a place that i fell vip with the service. The food was great also I didn't expect that from a shisha in Montreal but you really have to try this place & ask for Camelia with her smile. Amazing experience
Food was really good, dj was awesome loved the music he was playing! shisha had no taste we ordered lady killer. Service was horrible we kept looking for our waitress, i waited minimum 25 minutes for a drink so we paid our bill & left. Too bad cuz the place is beautiful & super nice vibe. Maybe next time we come we'll have better service!

Première fois que je visite ce resto-lounge à Montréal. À première vue, l'endroit est beau, mais les places assises ne sont pas très confortables. Quand j'ai demandé une meilleure chaise que celle qui ressemblait à une vieille chaise de salle d'attente, on m'a répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient pas, car c'était une chaise d'une autre table - qui, soit dit en passant, n'a jamais été utilisée.
Ensuite, quand j'ai demandé à la serveuse combien coûtait la shisha, elle m'a dit environ 55 avec taxes & pourboire. J'ai été surpris par le prix - je me suis dit que c'était sûrement à cause de l'emplacement, parce que 55 pour une shisha, c'est quand même exagéré. Au moins, la shisha était bonne.
Au final, j'ai payé 90 $ pour une shisha & deux Aperol Spritz. La shisha était à 35 $ avant taxes & pourboire, mais j'imagine que la serveuse s'est calculé un pourboire de 15 $.
Bref, ça ne vaut pas vraiment la peine d'y aller. Je n'y retournerai pas, sauf si je n'ai pas trop le choix.
Nice lounge, but service superrr slow! The music was good tho, but loud, almost like a club on a Thursday night!! I recommend for the shisha too flavors are good
The food was great & our server Layla was so attentive & friendly & helped us with the menu! The Hookah (shisha) was on point! As a middle eastern, I highly recommend having the hummus, a must try.. Thank me later!

Ma serveuse Layla était impeccable, malgré les manques au niveau de la cuisine & de la Shisha mon service était excellent. Professionnalisme à 100% & toujours respectueuse malgré les difficultés au delà de ses capacités.

The DJ is very good. BUT the music is way too loud ! You can't really have a conversation unless you're screaming. That's the only ick about this place. But other than that, great place to go with you girls, to take pictures, do shisha & have a cool night. Food wise, I put would 2 starts because MY plate was not good BUT they did adapt for my gluten free allergy so props to them I give 3 stars
J'ai été au Kenza avec mes amis ont as super bien mangé bonne shisha belle ambiance bonne musique & une il y avait que du bon monde s'était vraiment le fun & la serveuse Megane était tres gentille & nous a donné un service magnifique jai vraiment aimé ma soirée & jcompte y retourner d'ici peu 👍🤝

Booked a private room at this hookah place, planning to puff on a cigar or a shisha with friends & have a good conversation. Unfortunately, the place was bustling, & the room was dark. They had a live DJ playing music at a very high volume, so loud that the waitress was unable to hear us & mistook our orders several times. Due to the mix-ups, we didn't order any food, yet the drinks & cigar were a bit costly.
Je suis allé à cette place quelques fois parce que je trouve que la shisha est bonne, la musique est bonne & le service est correct d'habitude mais cette fois-ci j'ai été très déçue de l'expérience. J'ai fait une réservation sur OpenTable plusieurs jours d'avance pour que finalement quand j'arrive le bouncer nous dise qu'il ne prennent pas en compte les réservations open table & que soit disant ça dit sur leur site que tu dois réserver là-dessus & recevoir un code QR sinon la réservation n'est pas valide. Le bouncer a dit lui même que cette situation arrive tout le temps donc pourquoi ils laissent l'option de réserver sur open table, ça n'a aucun sens, puisque pourquoi quelqu'un irait sur le site si l'option open table est disponible directement quand on Google la place. Ils nous ont fait attendre dehors dans le froid pour finalement nous trouver une toute petite table pour trois personnes & qu'au final l'endroit n'était pas si occupé que ça.
Celebrated my birthday at Kenza. I made my reservation two weeks ahead, & they told me there is a minimum requirement fee that everyone pays at least 100$ on the weekend. We were 14 people. This includes food, shisha, & drinks/bottles. I said no problem we will be doing all of that. I asked if possible to have a private room, they said no because we cant eat there, thats only for shisha & drinks. Again, i stated we will be doing all of that & they said that is fine & we can do it at our table. The day of my reservation, an hour before, they call me to tell me we cannot shisha where we will be seated during dinner & that they will bring us to another room because of a new rule. I had four tables reserved. Only gave us 2 food menus & 2 cocktail menus. A few people were going out to smoke, the employees cleared that table without making sure with us if we were done. The individuals that stepped out came back to all their drinks, food cleared off. When it came to shisha they stated they did not have room for my group, & if 14 people go to the area thats one shisha per person, therefore 14 shishas. When it was time for the bill we asked for separate bills, they stated they cannot give us separate bills & can only split the bill 3 ways. We made our way to the shisha room, only 6 people went. The rest of the party left. Later in the night the waitress comes to us & stated she forgot to add another table to our bill (the table they rushed to clear). Every time we had a question no one knew the answer & they would go bring a different person who would tell us something else. Overall, wasn't the best experience, really was hoping it to be different. Luckily, my friends & family are the ones that made sure I still had a good time.
