There was no wait because I have made reservations. I had my birthday dinner party there. We had a whole room to ourselves which I found it cool. It was my first time but I enjoy the music & the whole vibe. Blueberry mint shesha 10/10. The food could have been cooked more. That was the only disappointment part of the whole experience. I got the spicy margarita 10/10.
Always a good experience when I visit here. The bouncer Mahmud is really kind & makes sure that we never have to wait too long even when it's busy. The music & food is great

My friends & I visited Kenza Lounge on Friday January 9 & the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived... The bouncer's attitude was genuinely unacceptable, rude, dismissive, & acting as if he owned the place. Even once inside, the receptionist did not acknowledge us at all. She did not ask if we had a reservation, did not greet us, & literally ignored us for about five minutes while standing right in front of us, then walked away to do something else without saying a word. We were not even brought to our table by staff.. we had to ask a friend who was already inside to guide us to our table!!! This is completely unprofessional & set an even worse tone from the beginning.
Inside, the music was so loud that even the waitress could not hear us. I understand it is a lounge, but staff still need to be able to communicate with their clients!! Turning the volume down slightly would not ruin the vibe & it would make the service actually workable & more enjoyable!
The state of the bathrooms was another major issue. When we arrived, both toilets were clogged & overflowing with water, urine, & toilet paper. It was extremely unhygienic & honestly disgusting!! An employee was notified immediately yet it still took more than half an hour for anything to get done.
Overall, this was a very poor & underwhelming visit for a place that actually looks nice inside. The attitude of the bouncer, the receptionist ignoring us, the unbearable music volume, & the poorly maintained bathrooms completely ruined the night. I will not be coming back & I do not recommend this place to anyone expecting DECENT service or basic cleanliness… please do better.
Food was really good, dj was awesome loved the music he was playing! shisha had no taste we ordered lady killer. Service was horrible we kept looking for our waitress, i waited minimum 25 minutes for a drink so we paid our bill & left. Too bad cuz the place is beautiful & super nice vibe. Maybe next time we come we'll have better service!

Nice lounge, but service superrr slow! The music was good tho, but loud, almost like a club on a Thursday night!! I recommend for the shisha too flavors are good

The DJ is very good. BUT the music is way too loud ! You can't really have a conversation unless you're screaming. That's the only ick about this place. But other than that, great place to go with you girls, to take pictures, do shisha & have a cool night. Food wise, I put would 2 starts because MY plate was not good BUT they did adapt for my gluten free allergy so props to them I give 3 stars
Booked a private room at this hookah place, planning to puff on a cigar or a shisha with friends & have a good conversation. Unfortunately, the place was bustling, & the room was dark. They had a live DJ playing music at a very high volume, so loud that the waitress was unable to hear us & mistook our orders several times. Due to the mix-ups, we didn't order any food, yet the drinks & cigar were a bit costly.
Kenza Night Club is an absolute gem! The vibe is electric, with a fantastic mix of Afro & French music that keeps the energy high all night. The service is top-notch; the staff is incredibly polite & attentive, making sure everyone has a great time. If you're looking for a fun night out with excellent music & exceptional service, Kenza is the place to be. Highly recommended!

It was my first time in this establishment but I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked the originality of the decor & the atmospheric music. Also, the waiters are kind & smiling, there is a desire to visit this place again .
The right place if you wanna get out from bored mode, transferring atmosphere unique with the food music lights location video active place. Thank you so much for the services was amazing.
Amazing atmosphere. The place is very beautiful. The music was entertaining with a wide variety of songs coming from the DJ. The drinks & the food are great. Would totally recommend whether it be for a date or just a casual night between friends.
Fancy shisha place. People dress shfanncyyy. Young crowd, don't bring your parents there. 😅 Never tried their food but I heard it's good (syrian chef). The place is very stylish & the ambiance is 🔥. There's a live dj playing hiphop music. They make very good drinks & have bottle service! My only issue is the staff's attitude at the door & coat-check.
Good service, delicious cocktails & mocktails, well presented & tasty food, shisha on point, the music is on point & the interior design is stunning. I recommend.
