Great food! Doting staff. Might be guilty of trying a little too hard (is the trip to the cabane à sucre really necessary? 🤔Went out of their way to make a special dessert for my friend who was celebrating her retirement. Many thanks!
Unbelievable experience. One of the top 2-3 tasting menus we've ever had, made all the better by the fact that we were able to bring our children to experience the children's tasting menu. This children's tasting menu was not simplified or just "kid friendly" foods, but in fact, the same delicious foods we ate. Our kids were over the moon, as were we. Our bartender made us custom cocktails & mocktails...they were perfection for each of us. So many great surprises throughout the evening. Worth every single cent. Better than Alinea.

Dès l'entrée au restaurant jusqu'au départ, l'accueil, l'attention aux détails & bien sûr le service, sont irréprochables, d'un professionnalisme rare de nos jours & des plus appréciés. Le menu 10 services avec accord mets/vins à la Grande Table est tout simplement divin & présenté de façon spectaculaire – un spectacle haut de gamme !
Nous avons été émues de recevoir un petit gâteau avec chandelle pour la célébration de notre anniversaire de mariage.
Ce fut une célébration des papilles, de l'appréciation de la clientèle, de l'accueil & de l'humour du personnel de service – un gros merci!
Notre seule déception de cette magnifique soirée est que nous avons oublié les petites gâteries dans le taxi ;-( Faut croire qu'on devra refaire l'expérience!
Une découverte gastronomique. Plein de petites bouches pour nous amener aux plats principaux tout simplement divin. Le mélange parfais pour titiller nos papilles gustative. Les choix de vins de la someliere Amelie Allot est tout simplement merveilleux & accompagnent chaque plats pour en rehausser la saveur. Merci pour cet excelente expérience.
