J'avais à coeur d'offrir à ma famille & à mes amis une expérience qui soit à la hauteur de l'importance de ce moment pour moi. & quelle magnifique réussite! Tout le monde a été impressionné, émerveillé & heureux de vivre cette soirée ensemble.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enveloppés par une atmosphère élégante & chaleureuse. La qualité des plats, la présentation, l'ambiance &, surtout, l'attention portée aux détails ont contribué à faire de cette soirée une expérience véritablement exceptionnelle.
Mais au-delà de la gastronomie, ce que je retiens surtout, c'est l'émotion & le bonheur partagé autour de la table. Voir les sourires de ma famille & de mes amis, les entendre apprécier l'expérience & savoir qu'ils étaient heureux d'être là avec moi pour célébrer mes 50 ans… c'était un cadeau en soi. 🥂❤?

Modernist Canadian cuisine. 13 course tasting menu, there are no other options. Every course has a corresponding index card & Canadian sourced ingredients. Seal popsicles was a bite. There is a 3 minute movie explaining oysters for another course. Kitchen tour during right after entrees. Fantastic service, meal is an experience. Dinner was 3.5 hours. 7:30 reservation, done at 11.
We went there as a group of 7 & our waitress was amazing. All the service staff was also super nice. We took the 10 course meal & had 2 coeliac people with us & there was no problem at all. Food was also great

Attended a private wedding. The presentation of the food was beautiful & creative. Some of the dishes weren't my type of food or for my pallet. The fresh baked bread was fantastic as well as the lobster tail. Kobe steak was good but super tiny. Pavlova was to die for, can eat 6 of them! Service was good as expected from a Michelin star restaurant.
Soirée mémorable à L'Europea pour le menu de la grande table! Notre serveur Enzo était parfait, comique, à l'écoute & surtout très attentif à nos besoins. Un feux d'artifice de saveurs, d'innovations, de surprises mais surtout des goûts & des techniques exceptionnelles! Une petite visite à la cuisine, un petit cadeau pour la maison & nous sommes tous repartis après 4 heures de pur bonheur & pas trop certain de ce qui venait de ce passer le devin bien plein! Vraiment exceptionnel comme expérience, nous serons de retour croyez moi! Merci à toute l'équipe de nous avoir fait vivre cette expérience innoubliable!

The minute we walked in the door we were greeted with the upmost service & hospitality, but the food was something that you tasted from a creative soul, food that was perfected in every bite & in each presentation.
I honestly don't know if I will ever forget this restaurant for the unique & how well thought everything was from start to finish.
Excuse the bad reviews of this restaurant you may see, any of that if the staff or the food if you are a person that indulges in the experience of fine dining no matter the cost you will not be disappointed.

The service was equally flawless... professional, friendly & knowledgeable, with the sommelier guiding us through brilliant, unexpected pairings. It was a truly unforgettable dining experience that showcases the chef's bold, artistic & creative vision. A special'thank you' to the whole team.
This not a meal, rather a gastronomical journey. Blending locally sourced food from throughout Canada [some things you never heard of or tried before] with high art, you get an experience you may not have had before. It is pricey, but, if you are culinary adventurer, you will remember this meal for a long time.

Nous étions venus au Beaver Hall l'an passé & avions été ravis.
Cette année, c'était Les Givrés. Nouveau nom, nouvelle carte, mais toujours la même satisfaction.
Que ce soient les cocktails, les entrées, les plats ou les desserts, tout est réussi.
Le personnel est top, très professionnel & souriant. Ma femme a beaucoup apprécié le geste pour sa fête. Avec une mention spéciale pour Louis (merci à lui pour la petite attention, ce pain brioché est juste excellent).
