Première expérience ici & extrêmement déçu. Le service à la clientèle mauvais. La caissière sur son téléphone, ne connais pas le menu afin de nous conseiller, ne nous informe pas qu'ils n'ont pas les frittes gaufrettes quand mon fils le demande à plusieurs reprises. Nous sers notre plat & dit que c'est le même prix que je n'est pas besoin de me plaindre. Ensuite le mac n cheese étais immangeable car les pâtes étaient beaucoup trop cuite & la sauce en pain … un gros 76$ pour 2 adultes & 1 enfants à la poubelle … je pense que le propriétaire devrais y revoir!

Although the restaurant states it offers halal food, the grill used for burgers is shared with pork bacon. This makes the burgers non-halal due to cross-contamination.

i went it a first time. the chicken was insanely good. not the tenders or anything the straight up fried chicken was an answer that KFC was officially behind! but i went in today got an 8 piece combo of this said fried chicken & it was very disgusting. the grease under the chicken.. all over the piece was just a KFC thing, the complete opposite to my first time tasting jack.. very sad. ill try the tenders next & if its still the same disgusting thing im out.. but ill give it one last chance. but one advice to go the KFC route! its not a good one!

When I fist walked into the store today I was shocked by the wonderful ambiance of the restaurant. I ordered the Nashville tenders & some Mac & cheese. These two items are my favourite so I decided to try them. The food did not disappoint, it was to juicy, flavourful & tasty. The flavours melt on your tongue! I was so impressed by the food that I had the pleasure of speaking with the chef AJ himself. He was so nice & you can taste the love he puts into the food. The service was also amazing. I was served by a lovely young woman named Georgia. With her kindness & swiftness my order was on time & served with the kindest smile. The order came so quick that it was ready within 3 minutes.Thank you to these two workers my experience was ten times better & I will be returning.

Quand nous sommes rentrés les tables étaient toutes sales, ainsi que le plancher & de la salle . Les bancs il y avait des morceaux de poulet . Nous avons demandé à la personne derrière le comptoir de nous nettoyer la table , elle nous a dit qu'elle avait des commandes , il n'y avait personne dans la file , après avoir insisté elle est venu pour nettoyer seulement la moitié de la table , ça paraissait clairement qu'elle ne voudrait pas le faire . De plus ils se sont trompés d'accompagnement & oublie le dessert.

Terrible service. Employees are poorly organized & show no courtesy whatsoever. The experience is chaotic when customers arrive , there is barely any time to look at the menu before being aggressively asked what the order is.
The staff member was rude & disrespectful, creating an uncomfortable & frustrating experience.
Overall, this place lacks basic organization, professionalism, & customer service skills.

J'avais des attentes après avoir vu plein de publications sur l'endroit mais j'ai malheureusement été déçue. Le restaurant ouvre à 11h & déjà à midi c'est sale, toutes les tables sont sales, le plancher n'a clairement pas été nettoyé depuis des jours. Il y a très peu de clients sur place mais le personnel est tout de même nettement incapable de fournir.
Heureusement la bouffe est bonne !

UPDATE: they offered me a 15$ promo code 😂😂 after arguing back & forth for over a week, they did not even offer to refund the order (even though it all went to the garbage after finding the bug). A true disgrace of a restaurant chain! Never stepping foot here again, & making sure to tell everyone I know not to also. DISGUSTING FOOD, DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Absolutely freaking DISGUSTING. I decided to order 80$ worth of food with my family for my birthday dinner because Jack le coq was my favourite place for fried chicken & mac & cheese. GUESS WHAT I FOUND IN MY MAC? A DEAD FLY! I wrote to the restaurant TWICE & it has been 3 weeks with no response. No compensation, no apology, nothing. I will be calling food inspection on them as this is UNACCEPTABLE & NASTY. I will NEVER eat here again & I will warn every person I know not to. Disgusting & the fact that they have been ignoring me is even more disgusting.

This place has been getting unbelievably worse & worse. I dined in & ordered the classic chicken tenders & the taste on them, the breading, everything was just awful. Not to mention I had the worst stomachache later. What is going on in that kitchen? How can you mess up chicken tenders that bad at Centropolis?

I really like their chicken tenders, I usually get their combo with bread pickles & sauce it's similar to Raising Cane's. Their red tenders are good too if you like a lil kick. I recommend going for dine-in, their take-out is a hit or miss.

J'ai pris le trio tendres classique & c'était excellent 👍 C'est la première fois que je mange des morceaux poulet blancs panés qui sont aussi tendres & juteux avec une panure pas trop salée & très croustillants. C'est bon en TabarJACK! 😊
