Repas sur place à Beauport.
Plus de Co2 dans les boissons gazeuses.
Plusieurs personnes se plaignent de ce fait & attendent que la bombonne se fasse remplacer. Vieil homme demande au personnel qui semble dépassé de remédier à ca, mais rien ne se fait. Je demande à mon tour de voir le gérant car plus de 20 minutes d'attente pour avoir les boissons gazeuses payées. Je me fait répondre agressivement par une employée d'attente mon tour, car elle servait des clients.
Service à la clientèle très mauvais & agressif.. Première fois à votre restaurant... pas impressionné malheureusement. Pourtant, pas beaucoup de clients sur place.

Nous avons essayé pour la première fois le Jack le coq a Beauport nord & Wow. Les employés était proactif sur le ménage le resto était super propre & c'était délicieux.

Tellement décevant, c'est incroyable ! En partant c'est très chère pour ce qu'on reçois. La qualité des aliments n'est clairement pas au niveau. C'est cheap tout simplement. Overall l'expérience est bizzard & la nourriture est très moyenne. On dirrais littéralement ce qu'on mange au comptoir du prêt à mangé d'un épicerie , pour beaucoup plus chère ! On dirrais plus un money grab & non une chaîne de restaurant qui perdurera dans le temps
Très déçu , c'était la seul & unique fois dans cette chaîne.

Moi & mon conjoint sommes allée aujourd'hui manger 2 jack miel épicée.. ce n'est pas la premiere fois que nous y allons & nous n'avons jamais été décu mais cette fois était la dernière fois

Le but de prendre un sandwich au tendre épicé est de manger épicé..: mais nos 2 burger étais aussi fad qu'un macpoulet mcdo… aucune saveurs & encore moins épicée..

Nous sommes aller voir les caissières & elles nous ont dit que le groupe abatiello avait changer la recette il y a 1 mois..

Je ne comprend pas le but de promouvoir un burger epicé si la recette est changé & qu'a part etre rouge.. il est doux sans meme un mini sentiment de piquant

Bref nous sommes extrêmement décu & aimons mieux aller encourager d'autre restaurant locaux fidele a leurs recette a l'avenir.
