Je me suis présenté au Jack le coq pour mangez un samedi soir, j'ai fais la file plus de 15minutes pour qu'on finisse par nous dire qu'il n'y avait plus de poulet donc il fallait attendre plus de 20minutes avant de pouvoir passez notre commande. Mon amie avait deja passer sa commande donc j'ai du rester avec elle pour qu'elle mange pendant que je la regardais. De plus, le personnel est extrêmement désagréable… Bref, à proscrire de ma liste de restaurants for sure!
Food is good, & so is the décor. But the food took long to arrive, we've ordered a simple meal & it only arrived around 45 minutes after ordering. The tables are dirty, & the women's bathroom's lock doesn't work.

Asked for soda employee told us they were closed out while a family was in there dining went back & forth 10 min & she told us can't drink it here we agreed took it went outside I went back to replace my soda since the the one I got had no flavor got yelled at refilled left the employees discriminate the clientele based on looks cloths & overall appearance just very bad service really

Qualité nourriture : poulet médiocre, mac n cheese goûte rien, frites bonnes
Propreté : toutes les tables étaient sales
Ambiance : détecteur de fumée n'arrêtait pas de sonner tout le long + alarme très désagréable pendant au moins 10 minutes
En gros une expérience désagréable, il y a d'autres restaurants de poulet meilleurs comme Madame Poulet ou Poulet Royal qui prend bcp moins de temps & meilleure rapport qualité / prix .

Took a long time to be served. Very popular. The place was not very clean but i will go back & take to go!
Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois & ce n'est plus comme avant! Très peu fourni (hamburger au poulet), plusieurs erreurs dans les commandes, poulet pas assez cuit, etc! Nous allons nous déplacer à Montréal dorénavant, meilleur service & meilleure qualité. À noter que j'ai tenté d'appeler pour leur faire part des erreurs de la commande (pour emporter), mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse
The food maybe good didn't try it but since service is that bad definitely nothing is good , we arrived at 20:45 to Laval branch, the lady didn't even welcome us or even say anything like Hi or bonsoir or whatever, she directly said we don't have nothing ready anything will take at least 30 min , she looks very upset, tired & hating the whole place , we left after we asked her couple questions & her reply was so rude, restaurant where we pay to get good service as well food , I feel bad for the owne

The chicken leg taste was weird, I got nauseous few hours after. Only the fries were actually good, even the cookie was hard & looked passed.. do not go !
The fry chicken is like fried & refrigerated for a year & refried again. The cook is hard & you can tell everything is beyond the shelf life. The food made me throw up. Please do a check up on the food. It's unsafe.

je trouve que c'était trop chère votre trio qui m'est revenue a pas loin de 50$ avec tous les frais. Il manquait la salade/tomate/fromage dans le wrap comme dans la photo. J'ai ajouter un extra lanière de poulet, je pensais les avoir sur le côté & non dans le wrap.
We ordered through Uber Eats. They forgot half the order. I tried calling the Laval location (where we ordered the food from), but the phone number wasn't functional. The quality of the food was mediocre at best. I do not recommend it.
De 1 le poulet est PAS CUIT. Ont a perdu 70$ pour rien pas cuit & en plus tu leur demande ils vont te dire que c'est le temps de cuisson il ne vont pas recuire le
Poulet pour toi. La place est sale les tables sont collante & pourtant quand ont est aller il ny avait meme las 3 personnes a l interieur pourquoi c'est sale & pas nettoyer . C'est la premiere & derniere fois que je vais gaspiller mon argent labas
Meilleur poulet frit en ville! (à Laval)Les tendres Nashville juste assez piquant. Quand j'ai le goût de poulet frit, c'est là que je vais. Le seul bémol, le stationnement. Vue que c'est dans le Centropolis, c'est toujours plein.
