I was at Jack Astors Dorval twice this week. Both times I had exceptional service. My order came as ordered (picky eater) & everything was hot & tasty. Brandy. Dylan & Stacy (assistant General Manager) went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend their nachos, asiago bow ties, burgers & tacos! May I suggest the ownership group brings back their quesadillas. They were AMAZING. BRING THEM BACK!!!!!
Had a date night with my little daughter tonight & Jack Astor's took great care of us. My little one polished off her bow tie pasta & loved every bite! I've been eating the same chicken finger meal for over 15 years & satisfied every time! Thank you to our waitress Peggy for the great service & to the entire Jack Astor's staff!

My Friend & I went for dinner here & got served by Thaila who was absolutely amazing!!! Great service & ambiance. We ordered the chicken fingers tossed in their homemade sauce which was delicious. Would definitely recommend & ask for Thaila!
This was my first time eating at jack astors. The customer service was more than great. Our bartender Amanda was exceptional & catered to our every need. The food was served quickly & tasted amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

I used to love this place but it changed a lot & last time I went we got ignored & were late to our movie & when we said we didn't like the food the waitress said "aww that sucks". We didn't even touch the food & payed full & was late.
Absolute great place!!! Wings are the best. Spicy sauces are awesome!!! Staff are hilarious & sexy. Speed of service is perfect. Everything is so clean.
The kids could not agree in the car on the way back to Montreal, my cousin told me to just go there...thanks cousin! What can I say, perfect for everyone. My wife & I got healtier options, the kids got exactly what they wanted & as is customary, I tasted everything. Great, on point, I expected far worse. So yeah, BIG American diner, with some huge advantages: -Super kid friendly, they can draw on the tables & are given games to play with. Their menu is pretty complete too. The cups they get have a lid as prevent spillage, well done. Our waiter was very sweet. - If you like sports, alcohol & bar ambiance, this place is great, there are screens everywhere. -Lots of healthy options as well, an entire menu section dedicated to healthier foods. I took a simple NY steak with veggies, it was perfect. Anyways, I was not expecting much & we all came out with a smile (props on the desserts too, they were great).

The drinks are fun & large choice ! The losbter dip was very good but the boodha plate was litterally just à salad with not much taste . The service was fast & good tho
The only great thing about Jack's is the fishbowls, & overall drink menu. Food is good, but portion sizes you get for the price doesn't seem justified. Still a decent classic to go to when in need of a drink & to be able to talk at normal volume.
