Good food, fun Birthday environment for my nephew. Cyann was a wonderful waitress made alterations to the menu items for a vegan. Great job to the team! Good size portions. Thank you to the staff.
Excellent customer service (Sofie) right from the beginning. She asked if we wanted glasses of water even though we ordered drinks, & when we decided to order one more beer to split, she kindly gave us two glasses & filled them partially. Great customer service, a great atmosphere, & fantastic DJ music. I would recommend this place.

We had an awesome experience at Jack Astor's thanks to our amazing waitress, Cyann! She was super friendly, attentive, & made us feel so welcome. Her great vibe & top-notch service really made our night. Thank you Cyann!
Bar side is looking nice, but it stops here. Food was ok, nothing extraordinary. Service was bad even the place was empty. Very long wait. It was my second try in a few weeks. Will be my last here.

Amanda provided the best service while I was there. She knew the menu very well, recommended the New York steak. As a food blogger that goes to different restaurants, I would really give great honest feedback about the service there! Top notch!!!
The food was good but found our server Dylan to be very unprofessional & didn't put part of our order in correctly. He managed to hit my bf with the menu book while taking it off the table, when told that he didn't apologize , begged us to review restaurant on here due to his manager'getting on his ass' about needing 3 reviews per shift. Overall food good but service unprofessional & bad.
Dylan went out of his way to be attentive to my daughter, whose birthday it was, but she is shy. He accommodated her by quietly bringing her a brownie & made her feel extra special. He was quick to help us out & super friendly! One of the best servers we have had at Jacks in a long time!
We had fish tacos & the mushroom truffle burger. Both were delicious & I wouldn't hesitate ordering either again.
On the flip side, I don't recommend the poutine here. Something off about the sauce & the type of fries. The normal fries or sweet potato fries by themselves were way better.
