You guys Nailed the most important aspect on a resto. FLAVOR .relaxed atmosphere, nice cozy place. Beautiful presentation on the food. Great vegetarian ramen
Absolutely the best in the area! Small newcomers to the Plateau. Fresh, flavorful dumplings with awesome sauces & served by a nice family. Preferable to the chains nearby.
Edit: now that they have become HUM the place is even better with its creative menu, mocktails & cozy new interior design. Bravo for their reinvention!
Great find for some spontaneous takeout! Fantastic flavors, good use of different textures in the ramen, & great gyoza. Well worth it for a vegan meal or otherwise~
An evening here feels less like dining & more like stepping into a carefully composed story-one told through light, texture, & flavor. From the first moment, there's a quiet elegance in the air, a sense that every detail has been considered & placed with intention.
Each dish arrives like a small work of art, but it's the taste that lingers-the kind that unfolds slowly, revealing layers you didn't expect but immediately love. There's a harmony to everything: richness balanced with brightness, comfort lifted by creativity.
The service moves like a gentle rhythm in the background-present, intuitive, & effortlessly gracious. You never have to ask; everything simply arrives when it should.
By the end of the meal, time feels softer, slower. It's not just that the food is exceptional-it's that the experience leaves you with something lasting, like a memory you'll revisit long after the last bite.
A place not just to eat, but to feel. Truly unforgettable.
