This was my third time at Hum & a slightly disappointing experience. It was a busy night & I saw the service was clearly lacking. It took a good hour & a half to receive our last rolls, yet couples ordering takeout were getting their food quicker than us. Phones ringing non stop & uber eats notifications at full volume made for a weird ambiance. There was a mistake in my roll & instead of remaking it they just shoved the missing ingredient inside. The waiter needs to be more attentive to his tables.
Other than that the food was delicious & I'll definitely order again but I wouldn't recommend going on a busy day.
La nourriture est bonne & le restaurant est charmant, mais le service laisse à désirer. Je suis allée deux fois dans le restaurant & j'ai commandé une fois pour emporter & la nourriture est bonne dans les deux cas. Par contre, le service est lent & on doit accoster le serveur pour avoir de l'eau, commander un dessert ou avoir l'addition. J'espère que cet aspect s'améliora !

Hum... pas du tout. Ayant réservé une place pour la Saint-Valentin, je n'ai jamais été aussi mal servi qu'ici... Nous avons attendu 45 min, sans avoir recu d'eau & sans avoir pris notre commande (+ table non nettoyer). Finalement, nous avons quitté le restaurant sans mangé & sans regrets.
De la cuisine végane sans compromis sur le goût & les protéines. Nous y allons régulièrement. Le service est toujours chaleureux, les plats sont délicieux, complets & aux goûts riches. Tous les plats de ramen & hudon sont accompagnés d'une galette frite d'un mélange de tofu. Mon préféré : les hudons au curry extra kimchi. Je recommande!
The food was okay, the service is also correct.
I think they smoke in the back door, & when they leave the door open you can smell the smell of cigarettes.
Also it's really cold in winter.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le menu dégustation pour 2 (soupe, gyozas, sushis, dumplings, edamame & desserts). Le tout très savoureux, de bonnes portions & avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Très bons mocktails bien colorés.
Très bon service avec même des petites attentions de la part du serveur. Personnel très gentil.
Petite musique douce zen pour accompagner nos plats.

The food was amazing truly!! The mocktails were fresh & original! The prices are also super reasonable!
The only downside was the cold. I think some thick curtains around the front door would help stop the cold & wind from getting in. We were uncomfortable every time the door would open.

Hum was so delicious! We got the Omakase 1 & mocktails. The flavor, amount of food, price, plating, chefs & servers were all 5 star. Would recommend to anyone vegan, vegetarian, or not! Extra points for the sushi & peanut sauce. Thank you for a great date night, Hum!
Very cute restaurant with funky relaxed déco. The menu has so many appealing options at good prices it was very hard to choose. I got the donburi combo. It was a creative take on the classic dish with many delicious treats arranged on tangy rice. Delicious! The owner is super warm & friendly.
Came back again & even more awesome. We ordered the omakase table d'hôte - soup, gyoza, ramen, udon, also sushi & dessert. All 5 star delicious!
Excellent spot que je recommande vivement, une belle découverte. Nous étions une dizaine de personne & avons tous adoré ce que nous avions commandé & plus de la saveur les plats étaient joliment présenté. Le service & l'ambiance étaient très agréable. J'y reviendrai surement !
A wonderful small plant based restaurant in the middle of the Plateau. Everything was delicious & the service was warm & kind. Will definitely be back!
Disappointing experience! I waited at the table for 30min & nobody came to take my order, so I had to leave the restaurant hungry & frustrated & have dinner somewhere else. I hope you guys improve your service.

Where do I start? The rivera sushis are divine, the curry ramen is my new obession, the ambiance is like a spa. Smiley staff. Really one of my favorite restaurants!!
