I had a super tasty mind-blowing ramen with tremelle mushrooms on their special menu, while my companion had a ramen from the normal menu, also super tasty. We split a gyoza plate as a starter.

The best vegan ramen in Montreal. It beats most non vegan ramen too (I became near vegan in early June). The only place I had better vegan ramen was in Warsaw, Poland.

I used to only give 5* to'perfect' food & my friends berated me that I was unfair. Well, my 5* is unfair here because I should somehow be able to say that it is better than other places.

You guys Nailed the most important aspect on a resto. FLAVOR .relaxed atmosphere, nice cozy place. Beautiful presentation on the food. Great vegetarian ramen

I have visited 3 times & have enjoyed every bite each visit. The portions are generous & fresh with lots of meal variety to suit the cold & the warm days. Service is kind & efficient & the space is nicely decorated. Their ramen was one of the best in Montreal & the dumplings are great & a big portion.

I'm not vegetarian, but I dislike the taste of animal based stock / broth & I can't eat pork for religious reasons. That's why I've always avoided ramen. I just finished my Sapporo miso ramen at Hum & I loved everything about it!! Food tasted so good it didn't even resemble typical vegetarian dishes! Thank you

Very calm vegan spot, though there were some vegetables in the udon I didn't really enjoy (like the carrots). Dumplings were good & my dad liked the ramen.

Had an incredible experience at Hum!! The food was delicious, the service phenomenal & location adorable. I ordered the tacos, edamame, dumplings & sushi. I would love for you to offer the crispy tofu as an appetizer because it was INCREDIBLE in the ramen! Thanks for an amazing visit 🫶🏻
