Reviews describe Hum - Sushi Ramen Dumpling as a cozy plant-based spot on the Plateau offering creative Japanese inspired vegan dishes like sushi, ramen, gyoza and dumplings, with fresh ingredients bold flavors and generous, well balanced portions at affordable prices. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with soft music and greenery creating a restful setting. The service is often praised for warmth and attentiveness, though a few diners note slower service on busy nights and occasional lapses requiring guests to flag down staff. The menu receives broad praise for flavor and variety, including miso ramen, peanut sauce udon, harumaki, and omakase options, with many calling the dishes delicious, well plated and satisfying. Overall, the reviews present Hum as a hidden gem for vegans and non vegans alike, delivering tasty, healthy meals and a welcoming vibe that brings people back.
Had an incredible experience at Hum!! The food was delicious, the service phenomenal & location adorable. I ordered the tacos, edamame, dumplings & sushi. I would love for you to offer the crispy tofu as an appetizer because it was INCREDIBLE in the ramen! Thanks for an amazing visit 🫶🏻

Very cute restaurant with funky relaxed déco. The menu has so many appealing options at good prices it was very hard to choose. I got the donburi combo. It was a creative take on the classic dish with many delicious treats arranged on tangy rice. Delicious! The owner is super warm & friendly.
Came back again & even more awesome. We ordered the omakase table d'hôte - soup, gyoza, ramen, udon, also sushi & dessert. All 5 star delicious!
Where do I start? The rivera sushis are divine, the curry ramen is my new obession, the ambiance is like a spa. Smiley staff. Really one of my favorite restaurants!!
Hum is a hidden gem on the Plateau. The vegan sushi, dumplings & ramen were very good. Fresh, flavorful & beautifully plated. Staff were super kind & the vibe cozy & chill. Whether you're vegan or just hungry for good asian comfort food, you can't go wrong.
@hum.resto is a hidden gem in the Plateau if you're looking for a healthy alternative. I wasn't, but happened upon it just looking for something. It's a vegan restaurant that serves Japanese-inspired dishes - sushi, ramen, & dumplings - all with a creative & healthy twist. It was my first time trying a vegan ramen, & it was absolutely delicious.
Vegan or not, this is one of the best soups I've had in some time, easily one of the better ramen noodle bowls & one of the better meals overall.
I had a combination meal, which comes with a choice of dumpling or appetizer, & went with the curry ramen. The curry was mild, the ingredients fresh, & everything somehow stayed crisp & bright almost hovering on top until mixed into the hot broth. The tofu was beautifully done - almost a potato-like consistency - & added a solid, satisfying touch. Brilliantly put together.
Pricing is extremely reasonable, & the experience itself is a treat on every level - a treat on the eyes, a treat on the ears, & an absolute treat on the tongue & belly.
Great vegan spot. We tried Miso ramen, Peanut sauce udon, & F1 roll. Everything is delicious & the recipes are very well developed. Ramen is abit salty to my taste but still good.

Very cute vegan spot. I was so excited to try it but we had a mixed experience. The ramen was excellent though too salty. The house soup & tofu dumplings with peanut sauce were outstanding! Everything was beautifully presented too. I ordered the sushi combo, expecting that'chef's choice' meant that the chef would choose which sushi from the menu to include in my combo, which all had delicious ingredients such as avocado, mango, tofu, cream cheese… instead I was served barely edible sushi filled with the cheapest veggies they had on hand (mostly radish & cucumber), no avocado or anything else that would have made them less dry & more palatable. These were sadly some of the worst sushi I have eaten in my life. If I wanted a cucumber roll, I would go to a regular sushi shop & pay a few bucks for it. For $18, I was expecting better, especially since I had to wait longer than usual for my order. It was quite disappointing.
Absolutely love this place! Hum Vegan is hands down the most delicious & friendliest vegan restaurant I've ever visited. I had the sushi, inari, & ramen - all super fresh & flavorful.
The space is beautifully designed - simple, cozy, & filled with greenery & natural wood. It feels peaceful & close to nature.
Staff are welcoming & kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for healthy, plant-based food in a warm, relaxing atmosphere!
This cozy place exudes a calming atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to warm up with a delicious ramen on a rainy day.
We opted for their Omakaze combo for two, a three-course meal with edamame & dessert. The flavors were simply amazing, & the portions were perfectly balanced.
Their interpretation of tacos was something I hadn't tried before. Unlike the typical tortilla shell, it was crispy, light, & packed with flavor.

A really great place for good asian food. It is 100% vegan which is even more amazing for the animals. However i think it is also a great place to eat for non-vegan people. The prices are very reasonable & good portions.
We gad the ramen & donburi combo with tofu nuggetd, everything was delicious.
