Fuwa Fuwa propose des crêpes japonaises légères et moelleuses et un robot sympathique qui apporte les plats à table, parfois en chantant une chanson d'anniversaire; les avis soulignent des saveurs comme tiramisu, matcha, pistache et croffles, et l'ambiance est chaleureuse et axée sur le dessert, ce qui en fait une adresse sympathique pour les familles ou une sortie détendue, bien que les délais puissent être longs et que les prix paraissent élevés, avec des expériences de service et de propreté qui varient.
On a attendu une heure avant d'avoir 2 pancake, alors je dirais que au niveau du service c'est pas insane , ils se sont trompés on a du aller les vour 3 fois pour avoir notre commande & à chaque fois ils nous redemandaient ce qu'on a commandé, c'était bon mais pas au point d'attendre autant surtout par rapport au fait qu'on TIP avant le service....
Very good service. Came in tuesday at 6:00 pm & the first thing I noticed is that the cashier was very helpful & smiley. She helped me a lot to make a choice & kept suggesting their best sellers . Also I ordered three stuffs two pancakes one salty & a tiramisu pancake & one more croffle all i can say is MASTERPIECE . Got them all together so I didn't have to wait for too long & the girl in the decoration area was very sweet & very nice. I highly recommend this place they make the best matcha drink eve

Our first visit in January was a pleasant experience. The cashier was friendly & took the time to explain the menu. The pancakes were delicious.
However, our second visit on Saturday, March 29th, 2025, around 2 PM, left much to be desired.
The woman at the cashier spoke in a monotone voice, giving the impression that she wasn't particularly engaged or interested in being there. Despite this, we decided to give her the benefit of the doubt & still left a tip, especially considering the high menu prices & the minimal service provided.
When we went to pick up our pancakes & asked a curly haired male staff member a question, he seemed uninterested in offering any helpful response.
We ordered the Matcha pancake, & honestly, it was rather bland. We were expecting a much more flavorful dish, especially given the price we paid for it.
Needless to say, after this experience, we're not inclined to return.
The matcha pancakes were so bland. There was no flavour & was barely salvaged by the matcha sauce that came wiith it. The Basque cheesecake on the other hand was great. Get the original flavour. The mango flavour was almost undercooked.
It's a nice place & was great experience. The staff was too busy to however chat between them instead of welcoming us, but that's ok no big deal. It's a bit overhyped, overpriced & the pancakes feel like they drown in creaminess. The robot was awesome.
Not impressed at all, unfortunately. Service was good but pancake tasted like egg &, in parts, undercooked & others overcooked? lol Too expensive for what is delivered.

Absolutely amazing fluffy clouds of goodness! We went just before 8pm on a Saturday & got our pancakes within 15 minutes with great service from super nice cashier. Came at just the right time because right when we sat down to wait, crowds of people came in. Our little one loved the serving robot! We are in Montreal all the time for work & will definitely be going back!

Mais ce qui rend Fuwa Fuwa encore plus unique, c'est son service futuriste : un robot serveur qui apporte votre commande avec précision & une touche de spectacle ! Voir ce petit assistant technologique se déplacer dans la salle ajoute une dimension ludique & moderne à l'expérience.
L'ambiance est chaleureuse, le personnel humain (oui, il y en a aussi !) est attentif, & les présentations des plats sont dignes d'Instagram. Une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de douceurs & de concepts innovants !

Ils préviennent bien qu'il faut 20 à 30 min pour recevoir les panecakes, donc prévoyez du temps ! 😊

First time at that place. We took the tiramisu pancakes & strawberry pancakes. Very fluffy & light. A robot serves the dishes to your seat. Staff is nice. Will come back.

What a lovely experience. First of all, we were welcomed by very sweet & helpful employees explaining to us the different dishes. There are many options both sweet & savoury. Eve Turing is made fresh as we order that explains the 20 minutes wait (that they warn you before even ordering). The soufflé pancakes were heavenly fluffy, generously topped & super flavourful. The croffles were massives, crispy & again, generously topped. The whipped cream is amazing. Thick & not too sweet. Portions are very big too. We will definitely come back to try more flavours
It was good something different one time visit for me i am not eating sweet much so that might be reason. They put lot of cream & sauce on pancakes so I did not get any taste of base pancakes. Robert is an attraction.
Everything was EXCELENT. We were a group of 4, & ordered 3 sweets (tiramisu, pistacho & biscoff) & one salty fluffy pancakes & they were all excelent. 5 stars for the attentions of Redouane. I will defenitley come back.
