Fuwa Fuwa delivers light, fluffy Japanese-style pancakes and a playful robot that brings food to the table, sometimes even singing a birthday tune; reviews highlight flavors like tiramisu, matcha, pistachio and croffles, and the overall vibe is cozy and dessert focused, making it a fun spot for families or a casual outing, though wait times can be long and prices feel steep, with experiences ranging on service and cleanliness.
The workers that worked that day don't even know how to make strawberry refresher & the customer service is bad. Do not come in this place if you don't want ur food to not looking like in the menu! They don't want to do frappes & once you drink it you taste. Straight milk & flavouring. I'm not usually one to write reviews but I don't want other people to feel the sheer disappointment I felt coming today. I thought it was a cute place I could go to on this rainy day (04/14/2026). Please just go to McDonald's or Tim's.
- service mediocre. They clearly don't want to work here.
- food unexpectedly bad.
- if I came alone I'd fe

We came to try this place & sadly we were all very disappointed. What we ordered did not look like what was on the menu. The drinks & cheesecake DO NOT MATCH THE MENU.
The place is pretty nice & clean. I took the salted caramel latte with oat milk & it was good, I'd take it again. It's a nice spot to study, with outlets easily accessible (upstairs).
The service, however, can be a bit inconvenient if you're sitting upstairs. Make sure to place your order before settling in, or you'll have to either leave your things unattended or carry them with you. Overall, it's a pleasant spot, but the upstairs seating experience could use some improvement.
I went to this place with my friends 2 days back.. our experience was amazing..the staff was very nice & gentle.. my friends love the place..
We will visiting again..thank you for the service & the food 💕
Matcha is really disappointing, no flavour, tastes like water. The pancakes were good, but pricy. The service wasn't great, we had to wait a while for an employee to acknowledge us, they also suddenly left without taking our order. Not impressed.

Foggy inside . Vent doesn't intake all fumes of kitchen . All my clothes stinks of cooking . & waiting time extremely long it's over 30 min & the pancakes are burned .Nice personal though . But I'll never go there with my family ever again
The café left a pleasant impression. The crepes are truly delicious - soft, well-made, &, what I especially liked, not overly sweet, which makes the flavor more balanced.
The only downside was the waiting time, which was quite long, but it may be because the dishes are prepared fresh.
We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday with breakfast, & it was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, & the service was super fast. The highlight was a cute robot that brought our food to the table & even played a'Happy Birthday' song. It was such a fun & memorable experience! 🎉

The pancakes are truly amazing but way too overprice, I also felt like the customer service at this location was a bit lacking compared to the one in Chinatown & we came a week day so it was empty
Les crêpes soufflées étaient délicieuses, pas trop sucrées, juste assez sucrées pour satisfaire une envie de sucre. J'ai aussi pris un sandwich (scroffle) pour emporter, qui était délicieux lui aussi.
This is a great spot in Montreal to enjoy some delicious, fluffy pancakes. It's located downtown, & a robot even brings your order right to your table. It's perfect for going with family, having drinks, or grabbing a coffee. The food is excellent, & the atmosphere is really inviting.
Disgusting behavior. I walked in with my nephews, & one of them urgently needed to use the washroom, but we were refused access unless we placed an order. Completely unprofessional & inconsiderate staff. Basic human decency should come before policy - very disappointing experience.
Nous avons commandé les pancakes soufflées à la fraise. Elles étaient bien, pas plus que ça, mais pas pour 16$ malheureusement.
L'ambiance est pas très chaleureuse, mais l'employée à la caisse était gentille & serviable.
Had low expectations going in but the food ended up being very delicious. We ordered the oreo fluffy pancake & strawberry croffle. Both were super tasty & I loved the addition of ice cream for the pancake. It is a little messy inside & the waitress didn't seem very friendly but the food was excellent overall & that's what I went for. Would recommend!
