the souffle pancakes were light & fluffy. we had it after dinner & didn't feel too stuffed.

the wait was long though, took 15mins for them to make the pancake since they have to steam it.

the upstairs was quiet but not all the tables were clean

To be quite honest, I feel like the experience was pretty mid & not really worth it.

Although I appreciate the wide variety of options on the menu, I think the prices are a bit too steep for the quality of the food & service.

I genuinely understand that making soufflé pancakes takes time & that staff have to prioritize serving customers while keeping everything running efficiently. But can someone explain why I had to wait 30 minutes for a matcha tiramisu pancakes, only for the matcha to taste bitter & almost expired?

The pancakes themselves were good, light & fluffy, but the quality control of the matcha definitely needs some explanation.

Overall, I don't think it's worth going back.

One of the yummy 😋 fluffy pancakes 🥞 try it with ice cream 🤤 highly recommend it & most try & definitely l'll come back 👌🏻

Les pancakes étaient corrects sans plus. La texture était fluffy mais le goût manquait vraiment de saveur & ça devenait vite écoeurant. Belle présentation, mais au final c'est surtout Instagrammable. Pour le prix, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux.

This is a great spot in Montreal to enjoy some delicious, fluffy pancakes. It's located downtown, & a robot even brings your order right to your table. It's perfect for going with family, having drinks, or grabbing a coffee. The food is excellent, & the atmosphere is really inviting.

Had low expectations going in but the food ended up being very delicious. We ordered the oreo fluffy pancake & strawberry croffle. Both were super tasty & I loved the addition of ice cream for the pancake. It is a little messy inside & the waitress didn't seem very friendly but the food was excellent overall & that's what I went for. Would recommend!

Edited. Today 12/29th 6:15pm. Croffle was good. The pancake took 25 min+ & when they served, the pancakes quickly deflated. It wasn't a fluffy pancake anymore but a flat pancake. I mentioned it that it used to be fluffier & better cooked but the person seems uninterested. Only when we started eating, she asked if we wanted a new one. Not coming back. Will go back to the one near Chinatown & hopefully will get a better experience. 6 months ago: The strawberry pancakes were warm, fluffy & not too sweet. The strawberry jam was delicious.

The best fluffy pancakes I love it I went to Japan & it takes the same
