Beaucoup d'attente sur ce brunch. Enfin, un petit déjeuner, nous sommes arrivés à 9h 55 nous pensons pouvoir rentrer à 10h comme prévu à l'ouverture. Il pleuvait le restaurant ouvert à 10h10. Nous avons pas eu un super accueil à peine, un sourire & un bonjour à peine. On en vous a pas vraiment expliqué comment ça fonctionnait? Le staff n'était pas prêt. La mise en place avait l'air de ne pas être au point. Nous avons attendu. On nous a expliqué après avoir demandé donc on a un peu choisi à la bug. Au final nous avons pris le pancake oeuf Bénédicte quelle déception on laisse Bénédicte normalement c'est un oeuf poché là c'était un oeuf au plat. Il y avait très peu de sauce. Le pancake était trop sucré. L'avocat était pas mûre & même pas assaisonné. Nous avons pris après le krofel au saumon qui était bien, je dirais que les salades d'accompagnement à côté ne servent à rien car elles sont pas appétantes. Après nous avons quand même pris un pancake dessert de tiramisu qui était bon. Je dirais juste que cette sauce je ne sais pas à quoi sirop de chocolat industriel ne pas mettre sur le pancake. Ce n'est pas bon.
Une chose très importante, la propreté du restaurant c'était moyen quand je suis allé aux toilettes, ça a même pas été fait. C'était sale. Il y avait de l'urine par terre. Il était pourtant l'ouverture du restaurant 10h & s'il n'avait pas le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans la salle de bain. Quel dommage, il y avait des papiers par terre. Il y avait de l'urine. C'était pas propre qui avait les traînés comme ça. Il faut savoir que la première impression c'est aussi les toilettes donc c'est un peu dommage que personne ne prend les choses au sérieux
Non seulement il pleuvait ce matin. Ils n'ont pas ouvert à l'heure. On a dû attendre dehors. C'était pas accueillant. On a eu à peine un bonjour, pas un sourire
Au niveau du plat nous avons choisi le pancake. Bénédicte à l'avocat l'avocat était pas mûre immangeable, c'était pas assaisonné l'oeuf c'est la neuf au plat mais normalement l'oeuf Bénédicte c'est un oeuf poché. On avait très peu de sauce hollandaise sur le plat. La salade est insignifiante, elle n'est pas appétissante le croffle saumon était bon manquer un peu d'assaisonnement. Un détail après le dessert le pancake tiramisu était bon mais la sauce à côté pour l'accompagner c'est un mangeable. Ça se voit que c'est un flacon industriel. C'est un goût de sucre & de je ne sais quoi un de surtout pas mettre sur le pancake? Ah oui un petit détail sur le pancake Bénédicte, le pancake était trop salé donc on ne sentait ni l'avocat déjà. Il avait pas de goût aucun assaisonnement. Une chose très importante. Il me semble quand même que le personnel avant d'ouvrir doit avoir fait sa mise en place & nettoyer les toilettes car à l'ouverture ce matin déjà ils étaient en retard mais quand on est allé aux toilettes c'était pas propre, la première chose aussi. C'est quand même de checker les toilettes & de nettoyer ramasser les papiers qui traînent laver la cuvette laver par terre. Il y avait de l'urine déception

The pancakes were good however the service was absolutely horrible. We went for an after dinner dessert & as soon as we entered it was clear that none of the people working that night wanted us to be there. They were clearly annoyed with our presence. This continued as we proceeded to order. Never have I ever had someone roll their eyes at me for asking questions about the menu but our server did. We just wanted to clarify what a croffle was but this clearly annoyed our server.
Then once we sat down they decided to raise the music volume to a level that made conversation impossible. So much so we had to move tables because we couldn't have a conversation without having to lean in very close in order to hear each other.
The food was good but I'd never set foot in this restaurant again because of the awful service. We've never felt so unwelcome in a place before.
A lot of these places that make Japanese pancakes usually make them taste so egg-y; not this one. Fuwa Fuwa's pancakes taste fresh, light, & fluffier than the other ones I've tried.
We ordered the tiramisu pancakes & they were heavenly. We also tried the burnt cheesecake which was so-so. But overall it was a great place to have dessert & hang after a long day of walking in Montreal. The souffle pancakes were so good, we went there twice in 2 days before we left Montreal!
The place is cute & the tiramisu pancakes where really delicious. I would say it was on the expensive side. 20$ for a small dessert is a bit excessive. The pancake itself is special, Japanese style & extremely light & fluffy. The dessert was not too sweet which I liked. On the other hand the bathroom was disgusting. They really need to clean it. It seems like none of the staff want to do that.
The pancakes were incredibly fluffy, sweet, & creamy-just as you'd hope from a Japanese-style dessert. Service was quick & efficient, but the price felt a bit steep at around $20 for a single serving

Pancakes were fluffy & tasty, too bad it's not enough to feel full, have it more like a dessert than a breakfast or meal because you won,t feel full with just 2. I understand it takes time as you can only serve these freshly made, so I am not one to complaint about that. The place was not very clean though, & we were surprised to be served by a robot at the table! Because we had already tipped, why tip if a robot does the service at the table? That's unfair. Especially when we had to push chairs out of its way instead of the staff, hey you should TIP US for making us work!

The pancakes all look super aesthetic & good, however the wait time of around 45 mins does not justify it, especially while not many customers are around. Without the cream & the fruits, the pancakes themselves taste very egg-y. Which is normal but some sweetness (sugar, honey etc) in it would be good too to enjoy the pancake. Its a nice spot to catch up with a friend while having a unique dessert. I went there around 3 month ago & the pancakes were runny, not cooked enough, but this time it was perfectly cooked. Its good to try it once or twice.
La boisson prise était vraiment ordinaire, rien de spécial. Après le dessert en soit, bon mais sans plus. Pour le prix, je me questionne si ça a value la peine. C'est vraiment trop overhyped.
L'atmosphère était très'occupée', on ne sait pas où aller & où se placer pour ne pas déranger, où est la file d'attente, ne pas être dans le passage des robots, couloirs & escaliers étroits, & puis je ne suis pas claustrophobe, mais je me suis sentie coincée la majorité du temps dans la place. C'est très overwhelming comme endroit.
& les endroits overwhelming de même, je ne les fréquente pas car ça vient teinter l'expérience de manger & la nourriture elle-même. Je suis venue une fois ici, mais c'est la dernière fois, il y a des endroits qui proposent de quoi de similaire pour une expérience 100x plus agréable & bonne.
A novel dessert café that is worth a try with an abundance of vegetarian & some vegan options, particularly the teas. The inside is bright & spacious. The staff were friendly & efficient. We were surprised by the service robot, which brought the food & automatically left. What might be helpful in future is having a buzzer or button for customers to call it back if we want to send back dirty dishes. The pancakes were light & fluffy, but a bit more expensive for what was expected at $20. The presentation was very cute.
The fluffy dessert pancakes did not live up to the hype. They look cute but don't taste that good & are expensive! The salty choices actually taste better. Service at the counter was just ok. Music a bit too loud.
