Every time me & my husband come to Haidilao, we always run into the tall red-haired guy named Oliver, & he's honestly the best. He's super friendly, patient, & always smiling. You can tell he really cares about customers & pays attention to every little detail.

We always enjoy our meals more when Oliver is taking care of our table. He makes the whole experience feel welcoming & comfortable. The restaurant seriously deserves more staff like him, & I really think he should get a reward or recognition for his amazing service!

When this Haidilao first opened, it was amazing. I used to come here twice a week because both the food & service were excellent. However, over time, the quality has continued to decline. This location is honestly not on the same level as Haidilao in Toronto.

i visited about six months ago, & I already felt the service was quite poor. Because of that experience, I didn't come back for half a year. Last week, I decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately, the service was still disappointing, the food was average, & the prices had become even more expensive.

No more benefits for silver membership, no more box tissue, you need to pour water for yourself…total different service than before!

If your restaurant's reputation is built around exceptional service, then staff training should be taken more seriously. Sadly, after giving it multiple chances, I won't be coming back.
