The service is repeatedly described as attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is lively and festive, with a broad sauce bar and extensive selections of meat, vegetables, and noodles that invite customization. This was my third visit, & every time I leave wanting to come back. The hot pot is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, & the service is outstanding & the large number of Chinese customers says a lot about its authenticity.
It's not about the decor or ambiance, but something hard to explain that keeps drawing me back. Already planning my next visit...

If you guys plan on going after 9pm, they have the option of an all you can eat which is great!
Plus the service was wonderful, I would definitely recommend Olivier as a waiter if you're able to have him.
We had a wonderful experience great atmosphere & just loved our server Oliver they were so welcoming & friendly made sure we were comfortable with everything.
Première expérience & ce fut une expérience très agréable. Le tout est originale, le service attentionnée, nous pouvons personnalisé notre fondu avec un choix varié de viande, légumes, nouilles & de bouillon. Lors d'un anniversaire de belle attentions sont fait. J'y retournerai assurément!
Used to be our favorite spot for vegetarian hotpot, but despite their website boasting them being vegetarian friendly, they've recently made the decision to add chicken powder to every soup base with no substitution possible, meaning its now impossible to eat there as a vegetarian.
When they told us this we went to leave but they insisted we stay & they would find a broth for us. After about 30 minutes of waiting they came out with hot water with seaweed in it, which really did not work at all. It was such an odd & comically bad situation. I really hope they go back to the old tomato & mushroom broths & just keep the chicken powder separate. Literally every other hot pot place has the option to make their broth vegetarian.
