I had one of the worst service experiences I have ever had at Haidilao.
We arrived around 4:30 PM, & since the AYCE offer ends at 5:00 PM, we simply wanted to ask whether we were still eligible. When we asked the staff member at the front desk, she did not answer our question at all. She just kept looking down at his iPad & then turned to help other customers. We felt completely ignored.
After we were seated, no one came to explain the available combos or assist us. We had to raise our hands & ask before someone finally came over.
Even when all the dishes were served, no one gave us aprons. Once again, we had to ask for them ourselves.
What made the experience even worse was that, in the middle of our meal, a server suddenly put a bowl on our table without us asking for them or explaining anything. It felt random & confusing. On top of that, the meat we ordered took an extremely long time to arrive. By the time it finally came, we had already finished eating. A server then brought over a plate of meat & said it was ours, but at that point we were already done. It was honestly so frustrating & speechless.
This experience was completely different from the level of service Haidilao is known for. Compared to our previous visits, the service this time was disorganized, inattentive, & extremely disappointing. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I've had.
We had such a good experience. Our server Will take such a good care of us & suggest lots of nice food to order. The broth was delicious & everything we ordered. We will come back soon for sure.
If there ever was a friendly, motivated, capable & attentive then it is Oliver who served with aplomb, grace & efficiency. Made our night very enjoyable.
Pour le prix cette place en vaut vraiment la peine de venir avec 2-3 autres personnes surtout ! Les portions sont très généreuse pour le prix. Il y a même des performances sur place ce qui est très intéressant pour le client! Je ne recommande pas de venir seul par contre.. mais je recommande vraiment d'y venir en groupe !
We had such a wonderful experience at Haidilao, & a big thank you to our server Will! His service was incredibly warm, attentive, & thoughtful throughout the entire meal.
When we were about to leave, the kitchen was extremely busy, but Will went above & beyond - he personally went to the kitchen & helped prepare the golden fried buns for us. That extra effort truly touched us & made our visit even more memorable.
It's rare to see someone care so much about their guests' experience. Will's professionalism, kindness, & dedication really represent the amazing service Haidilao is known for. Thank you again for making our evening so enjoyable!
J'ai adoré mon expérience. La nourriture & le service étaient excellents. Malheureusement, une personne à la table à côté de nous s'est permis de nous traiter de'grosses' à cause du nombre de plats que nous avions commandés. C'était très déplacé & désagréable. Il serait important de ne pas juger les commandes des autres. Mis à part cela, l'expérience était très bonne.

Moi & ma famille avons adoré notre expérience à ce restaurant! Le service d'Olivier était excellent, il était jamais bien loin si nous avions besoins de quoi que ce soit! La nourriture est très fraîche & les bouillons était délicieux! Ils ont eu la gentillesse d'offrir un petit cadeau à ma fille & une belle attention pour moi pendant cette journée internationale de la femme! Je reviendrai certainement!! 🫶🏻
BY FAR one of my favorite restaurants! Food is amazing!! The concept of the restaurant is so well thought of! The service is great! Price is cheap for the amount of food you eat. Oliver, our waiter's service was impeccable!! Great experience all around!

My first time at Haidilao & it was such a great experience! The service was amazing & the food was absolutely delicious. Our server, Ghali, was super kind & always there whenever we had questions or needed anything. I also loved the fun snacks they give such a nice touch! I'll definitely be coming back. 😊
