Everything there is top notch! My favorite restaurant in Montreal! Atmosphere is cool, but unpretentious, food is out of this world; so fresh & delicious, & prices are reasonable. Everyone needs to try.
All the food & drinks we had were so good. Sat at the bar in front of the grill which was a cool view to see everything was cooked. We had the miso duck, flank steak, udon & tataki between 2 of us. Everything was amazing, so fresh & delicious. We will definitely be back when we are in Montreal again.
I really love this restaurant. It truly is a "hidden gem" with great food, great saké list, very fresh sashimi & a really great vibe. Highly recommend.
We took the plater sushi (84$) & we were a little bit sad of the taste. The fish was good & fresh, but we felt like it was missing something (sauce, toppings). The experience of doing it urself was fun. But like i said, something was missing to enhense our taste buds, also the rice had a too dominate taste that took away the amazing taste of the fish. Service was amazing.
So glad I got to spend my birthday dinner here with my partner! Food was delicious: simple, sharing-style menu with fresh sashimi, cold noodles, & other Japanese staples. Staff was attentive & laid back ^-^ music: 10/10! A treat for all the senses, I will be back sooner than I think !

David & team went above & beyond to accommodate our small team Christmas dinner. We loved every dish so much that we ordered some 3-4 times, the raw fish/sashimi selections are always so fresh! Portions were great & easy to share. We left full & already planning our next visit.
