Le jambon effiloché tellement délicieux. Je n'avais jamais mangé des oreilles de criss aussi bonnes. Quelle surprise la tire aux différentes saveurs. Un service très apprécié. La table des desserts était fabuleuse. Toute notre famille, nous y retournerons l'an prochain.

Encore une fois ce samedi, superbe expérience à l'Érablière Bernard ! Étant un petit groupe de 4 personnes, on a eu le privilège d'être assis dans la cuisine vintage: MA-GNI-FI-QUE ! On a également eu le privilège de discuter avec le sympathique monsieur qui faisait bouillir :) Comme d'habitude, tous les mets étaient exquis, & le service excellent ! L'Érablière Bernard est un véritable bijou. Bravo à toute la famille Bernard de vous surpasser année après année !

Looks great but during the week it isn't possible to drop by & visit. Reservations are needed & other than the store, there is nothing else available unless you go on a weekend.

En ce qui concerne la cabane à sucre sur place .......Nous sommes allez hier le 8 mars 6personnes, très décevant, tout est très bon mais pas de grand père dans le sirop & le nouveau concept pas aimé du tout, en plein repas ,il nous remette la facture & ont s'est sentis pousser dans le derrière toute le temps du repas,a17h55 ont se fait dire la tire est prête & se termine bientôt,ont est même pas rendus au dessert,ont est supposé avoir deux heures de 17h à 19h..à peine fini de manger notre assiette ,il l'à ramasse ,vraiment personne à aimé ... manger sous pression .... Ont y retourneras pas... ont va aller dans une autre cabane traditionnelle,où ont va pouvoir prendre le temps de manger ...& avec des grands pères dans le sirop ......ont a le choix au Québec ... Au prix que c'est rendu , ont mérites de pouvoir prendre le temps de manger s'en être bousculé... c'est bien dommage car nous étions des clients réguliers,à l'ancienne méthode & en plus avec le meilleur dessert l'es grands pères dans le sirop... pas des desserts qu'ont peut manger tout les jours 😞
