Tout était parfait: Accueil, service, ambiance. Nourriture, très bon sauf les oeufs en omelette sont mollets & manquent de goût.

Le groupe en général a beaucoup aimé la nourriture sauf que quelques-uns
trouvaient que les oeufs n'avaient pas l'air naturels. Comme ajout, des tartes au sucre seraient grandement appréciées. Le nombre de personnes serait à conserver pour garder une ambiance familiale.

Very ordinary. We got small bowls for everything on tables where 10 to 12 people were sitting. For example, the Cretons were served in a bowl about 3.5 inches across that contained the size of one ice cream scoop of Cretons. There wasn't enough for everyone. I would have expected 2 such bowls on a table. So we had to ask for more. It was like that for all the food, & we got tired of asking. All that is included for drinks is coffee, milk or water. If you want soft drinks, it's not fountain drinks which would usually include free refills, but individual servings (12oz can or bottle), at $2 a pop. Same for juice. & what's the big idea serving omelette when it should be eggs in syrup. I'm never going back again, that's for sure.
Menu traditionnel parfait, service courtois & j'ai bien aimé l'aspect petite salle comme d'antan & c'est plus tranquille, on peut se parler sans crier.
La nourriture était excellente. Cependant le service était très rapide entre la soupe, les plats & le dessert. J'aurais aimé avoir de la musique d'ambiance de la cabane à sucre. La tire d'érable était excellente & le monsieur était vraiment gentil. Cependant je n'ai pas apprécié de déguster ma tire à l'intérieu. L'endroit était petit & la table de dégustation était trop petite. J'aime bien manger ma tire dehors comme c'était avant chez vous.
Nourriture excellente. Service impeccable. Grand souci de ne pas faire de gaspillage alimentaire tout en comblant généreusement l'appétit des clients.
