Review Summary

Dessert Coréen Crofre garners widespread praise for its croffles, described as fluffy, crispy and light with toppings like Oreo, pistachio, mango and strawberry, and the Oreo croffle is a frequent standout. The croffle concept, blending croissant and crepe elements, is regarded as unique and many reviewers call it among the best in Montreal, with a texture that is crisp on the outside and soft inside. The staff and service receive steady compliments for friendliness, attentiveness and clear explanations of the menu, and the space is characterized as clean, cozy and well decorated. Desserts and drinks are noted for strong flavors, good textures and presentable plating, with favorites including banana brulee, matcha tiramisu and Earl Grey. While some mention higher prices, the consensus is that the quality and overall experience justify it, and portions are often described as satisfying or shareable. A few remarks point to occasional inconsistencies such as waffles arriving at room temperature or being less fresh at certain branches, but these are rare in the overall positive impressions.

I usually get the banana brulee or nutella banana strawberry one. Pretty good snack after a meal 🙃

I had the earl grey (very pleasant) & the banana (a little sweet for my taste but probably the classic - my girlfriend liked it more than the earl grey). The staff was super sweet. The croissant waffle was as expected except that it was room temp (I thought they be warm). The mango latte was mango with milk without additional sweeteners. Hibiscus tea was also unsweetened. It's a unique thing if you hadn't had a croissant waffle before . Seating is really limited - maybe 5 seats inside the place but it wasn't super busy at like 8:30 at night on a Saturday . If you guys already had dinner & aren't starving one will be enough for two ; the second one filled us up.
